It is a very good product if you are looking to save some money on your bills!

Magic Jack Plus was a better product with less expenses involved in set up (transfer of existing number and yearly fees). Excellent voice mail system with notification of calls via e-mail system. Constant problem with error code 3002, which never occurred with previous MJ Plus version. 2014 version is not yet perfected. Current 2014 MJ Plus version is disappointment, as compared with previous model.

I enjoy this product and I have no complaints. I also travel overseas, it is great to carry my American number with me while travelling.

I WAS GOING TO HOOK MAGIC JACK UP BUT MY PHONE HAS TO BE WITH THIS PACKAGE I HAVE OR MY COMPUTER WAS GOING TO BE LIKE ON DIAL UP IT WOULD BE SO SLOW WITHOUT THE PACKAGE . SO I RETURNED IT TO BEST BUY REGRETFULLY . THE CABLE COMPANY'S HAVE GOT US BY THE TAIL.

I liked this product. I have now many magicJack pluses at the moment.

Solid inexpensive phone service. Phone is still required at home so this works just perfect for one or two calls a week. Vonage was $33.00 for the same.

Have not set it up yet. Friends like it so I am going to try it.

This was purchase for use in Saudi Arabia for business. The performance of this device was very poor. There was almost constant break up in voice making doing business impossible. Do not buy this for use in foreign countries.

The magic jack provides superb service, calls clear and good. It gives me a US number in Norway to call and be called at. Its great VOIP service.

This has to be one of the best bargains of all time. It works, it is inexpensive and has great sound clarity. I can't think of anything better.

I hope you are really smart if not do not buy teck support only by e-mail and no phone # they are rude and give you no help after 3 hrs and the problem only half way fixed they disconnected on me I will return

It sounds terrible from the receiving end. I do not know how it sounds for the other person.

this product is great and works very well it has not issues and since it runs off the internet and i run 50 mg download it works effortlessly without dropping any calls.

Still needed a landline but it was so expensive so I bought this. Was easy to set up and was able to transfer my original number.

It works everywhere. A perfect way to make calls around the world. Great way to call family back in the states.

The product works perfect. the sound is more than OK. Don't expect customer service for this product
