I use this for work and it is affordable I would recommend to anyone who can not get a land line

Great alternative to the traditional land line!!!!

We bought the Magic Jack to keep in touch with our Canadian friends and it works great. Should have done this a long time ago!

It it ok. I wouldn't say it's great but it's amazing since I don't need to pay a monthly bill!

I spent over 7 hours online attempting to get it to work through my wireless router to no avail. After 19 pages of transcript and the same answers over and over again I still don't have a unit that connects through my router as advertised. If you want to keep your laptop on all the time wasting energy so you have phone service then this is the product for you. Copies of the online communication available on request. You won't believe it.

Able to make and receive phone calls. I wish I was able to tell which calls were outgoing and which were incoming. I also wish I could get details about calls made and calls received and call length.

Price was lower than competitive stores. Easy to use and install. Glad I was able to cancel my cable phone service. This will pay for itself. Glad I made the purchase.

This is my second unit. I upgraded so as not to need a computer running for phone calls.

We had 3 cellphones discontinued them at just have magic jack it is a great savings

This is a great product if you have very high speed internet.

It will not load on my pc or as a stand alone phone. Contacted the help desk and after spending 1.5 hours with them they said it was my phone carrier and they would research it and get back to me. That was three weeks ago and I'm still waiting. If this doesn't work with an AT&T line in the second largest city in the US, then where will it work? I will be returning it and I'm sure it will be long gone before they contact me (if they ever do). DO NOT purchase this piece of junk.

This product is as advertised cheaper than any other service with excellent call quality.
