    The product voice quality is really poor with low audible sounds. I realized the quality little late and the Best Buy doesn't take the product as a return after 14 days. I feel bad for wasting my time and money (more than $50).

    Worked for 3 months, you have to prepay for service and you can only deal with them online. If you try to change to another service, they'll keep your phone number unless you reup your contract. Stay away from this, wish I had!
