I like it because now my computer does not have to stay on all the time. Although not perfect, the sound clarity is much better than the previous majic jack.

Great product to remain in touch when travelling. I use with a regular telephone to make and receive calls while away from home. Good connection most of the time and can talk as much as I want from anywhere with no extra charge.

I had magic jack for several years ago and my family used it to talk to me on a daily basis. I had no issues with this device

I've been using magic jack for 4 year now and this 2014 model really moves beyond the competition ,now you just registered your device get you free number and enjoy unlimited calls to canada,usa,and puerto rico including cheaper international calls,if you want to cut your phone bill this is the way to save you.

I did not expect how easy it is to install. We were able to use it right away.

So far it satisfy my goal. Definitely cheaper that long distance calls.

This is the way to go if you feel you need a "landline" and are tired of AT&T and their constant price increases. Have had the Magic Jack for a month and it is great! Only problem is you have to "buy" your existing phone number for $20 and then $10 a year, when AT&T already charged for number portability!! Magic Jack doesn't tell you this until you get the unit.

I was looking for a phone service which could allow me to make unlimited calls to anywhere in the US and Canada. When I got Magic. Jack, I saved a lot of money in making long distance calls.

This device is saving me huge bucks while delivering quality sound like a traditional landline phone. It's perfect! It also send the voicemails to your email so you can listen to them immediately from your smartphone!!!

We haven't had home phone since the advent of smart phones, but needed something permanent since our kids are now babysitting age. This is a cheap alternative to the ridiculous pricing from the big companies, were going to pay Internet anyways.

It's a good tool for my job but the only negative is Sometimes there is a bad connection with the internet Or maybe I don't know hie to use it

Magic Jack offers huge overall savings! The set up process was easy and when I called customer service they walked me through whatever I needed explained. I chose to have my number ported over and was not able to receive calls for about three days, but I was able to make calls and retrieve the messages from my previous carriers voicemail.

Overall good, but could not get a phone number with my local area code & sometimes I call the number & it does not go through

I bought this device to cut my cable bill. It works well and I've had no issues. Overall good product.

cant beat the price, 3 dollars versus 30 dollars for home phone service

Practically costs nothing to use. Buy the 5 year plan you will get a good discount. Install app on Smartphone and make calls with VOIP. You then have a second phone # that can be used anywhere even if you don't have the device. International calls are cheap too. Call Greece all the time to check on the folks

This is my 4th purchase and I have given three as gifts. they work very good and saving me money. The long distance charges are small in comparison to my previous telephone service. definitely recommend magicjack to all my friends. If I am saving money then my friends should save too. Great little gadget!

Bought this for my mom overseas so we can keep in contact and she loves it. easy set up for her.

Works as advertise, but you have to know what are you doing if you want to make it work with all your telephone lines...

It does what it suppose to do but customer service could be better from magic jack.
