Magic Jack Plus is "no brainer" compared with the relatively high cost of AT&T. Call quality not quite as good as AT&T, but certainly good enough.

Works as stated, just got to make sure your internet is setup correctly and doesn't have a changing IP address.

My concers is to improve the Magic Jack service, in his internet system and his customt service, they need to help easily to the customer's concers.

i gave this to a friend as a gift so she can call me from back home and the results are very good. voice was clear and very easy to operate

We want our home phone but I didn't want to pay $48 a month anymore. Decided to give MagicJack a try. I prepaid for 5 years at $19.95 a year. So far we have not been able to notice a difference in sound quality. It was a great investment for us.

All is good but I was not expecting a few of the hidden expenses. There is a fee to keep your original phone number. I still would recommend the product as it is saving me a bunch of money.

I gave the magic jack to my son as a going away gift and it is worth every penny just to have the opportunity to speak with my son stationed overseas, at no additional cost, any time.

Relocated my base telephone to my office and plug unit in my wifi all my phones ($) worked great. Took 2 days for my phone # to transfer to Magic Jack. I new because people told me the phone was busy. So I new at that time to connect the phone to the magic jack and then to the router. Works great, thinking of getting second unit to hook up a fax machine.

i love this product, i dont know why i didnt switch sooner. Easy to setup, only took a couple days to transfer my phone number over, and have had only minor issues with it. For the savings i get with this product, i cant complain!

Not to bad, better than AT&T. Had someone do it for me. Word to the wise, if you have a home alarm system, contact them before you buy one of these.

Haven't had any problems with the magic jack. Have owned it for about 3 weeks and very satisfied with it.
