Very basic and easy to use. Just bought a samsung 4K player for about three times the price and I can definitely see and hear the difference in quality. Recommend spending more money to get something of higher quality.

So far this is awesome. It plays everything from 4k-blu-ray and dvds. I dont see any difference in any of the 3 since I have a 4k tv but I am glad that it plays them all.,The only thing is that the remote is really small

Great unit for the price - does exactly what I was looking for in a very simple package. I doesn't have the bells and whistles but considering what I paid, I am just happy to have an easy to use machine that gets me the picture quality I expect.

It is quieter and much faster at loading blurays than my old hi def player. Only negative is that its not a smart machine for streaming but I knew that before buying and it's worth it for the sale price.

I just bought it as replacement on my previous refurbished DVD player (my mistake because it’s gone right after warranty expired). This one seems to be perfect as I bought as new for $60 on sale like “deal of the day” which is cheaper than Black Friday deal ($70).

I bought this as a cheap fill in for a Blu-ray player, does play 4K content. Does the job, looks great. I do take issue with the screensaver when playing back CDs, for one thing there really isn’t one, it shows the progress bar which I fear may burn into the screen - someone help me here... can that happen with a flatscreen 4K Samsung tv? I don’t know the answer to that. Anyway do your own research, ask a Best Buy employee in that department. It is quiet. It doesn’t play back all the discs i’ve put into it , I think a dvd-r disc I tried wouldn’t play, but it plays fine on my computer. And funny, it was a disc recorded with a mangavox VHF to DVD burner, strange. No big deal here, but if you want a player to be really savvy on playing discs from all over you might want to consider buying a more expensive one. Plays store bought dvds fine.

I recently purchased this DVD player because it was on sale during the holidays. I just used it the other day and couldn't believe how clean the picture looked. The colors just popped on the tv screen. My only complaint is that the remote control is super small.

Bought this for my older mom who doesn't really watch many blu rays or dvds anymore. But when we come over it's great to be able to watch them together. Bought this on a deal of the day and it WAS a deal. Half price and quality you can't beat. Magnavox makes great products.

I am really satisfied with this 4K player. It has a sleek design and definitely packs alot of punch for the price!
