This is a great 4K UHD Blu-ray player with few "bells and whistles". The price point is nearly impossible to beat and the functionality is superb. It has a whimsically tiny remote control which is somewhat awkward to use but it works fantastic when needed.

I bought this on the Deal of the Day for $58 for my bedroom. I have another 4K DVD player in the family room that’s more upscale and expensive. The picture on this unit is excellent and I’ve had no issues setting this up or operational problems.

Great simple 4k Blu-ray player. Has an Ethernet port but no WiFi. No real need for an internet connection as there are no apps (who needs another way to view Netflix anyway?). The only use is for updates and any internet content on the disc.

For the price point, I couldn't be more happy. I now get to utilize my UHD TV and watch my favorite movies in 4K. It was a great purchase. My only issue is with the noise level of the fan. After running, the fan noise is very noticeable. Overall I have been very happy with the purchase

the only problem I have with it is the remote is too small . but on the upside my old Magnavox remote works just fine . the only DVD players I have bought have been Magnavox they are great and all the remotes work on all of them .

If you're like me and don't need the fancy functionality of a 'smart' 4K player, then this is exactly what you need. Can't beat the price for a player that will do the job like this. My only problem with it is that Dolby Vision is not included in this device. Good if you need something on a budget.

This is a good simple DVD player. Not a lot of bells and whistles and that's fine, just want something that plays DVDs and is easy to operate. This definitely fits the bill.

The unit has a good picture and small enough footprint you can put it anywhere. My biggest issues are the cord does not detach from the player making it a little harder to place and move easily. Great for a budget.

Had it for over a month now with no complaints. Just the remote is awfully small. But easily fixed with my Harmony 650 remote. Blu Ray works great so far, Great price.

Bought this mainly due to the price. Once hooked up and using we were quite pleased with the picture and quality of product. Good buy.

I bought this to do 1 thing...play 4k discs..and it does so with dazzling results. Highly recommended, but be aware it does not have analog outputs or coax/optical outs...just HDMI!

We don't need a 4k player that can hook up to the internet because we have other devices that do that. So this was perfect for us! The picture quality is amazing! The remote is too small, but other than that it is great!

For the price you cant go wrong, if you just want a basic 4k player to just play 4k blu rays and dont need any apps or streaming services I would recommend this

If you can get this on sale, it’s a great 4K player. Since I have a smart TV and other smart devices, I didn’t need another smart device, so I got this 4K player. It works great.

I wanted a player for up stairs so, I ordered this one and it’s serving its purpose. I like that you can have it set to talk, and small. The remote is small but, I can work with that. So it’s good just hope it stays that way.

I was looking for an inexpensive 4K Blu-Ray player and found this model on sale for $50. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles of the more expensive players but does an excellent job playing 4K, Blu-Ray and DVD movies.

After I purchased my first 4K TV, I immediately wanted to buy a 4K blu-ray player to go along with it. This Magnavox player was the cheapest one I could find — and by quite a large margin at that! However, with this player you get what you pay for and no more. It plays 4K blu-rays perfectly fine, but forces you to deal with one of the smallest remotes I've ever seen. If you have big fingers, be advised: you will not have a fun time with this remote. And just forget about using the remote in the dark, when you can't see what each button is supposed to do. The 4K player itself gets a 4/5 and the remote gets a 2/5. Overall, I'll give both together a 3/5.

This player has worked flawlessly. If you don't need streaming, as my TV already does, this is a great way to go for little doe. It was shipped quickly with no issues whatsoever. No problems playing 4K disc.

Played a brand new 4k Black Panther Blue Ray. It stopped twice for about 15 second each time, but started back up. Kind of hesitant to blame it on the DVD since it was brand new, may have been the player. 1 star off for that (even though it might not have been the player, only time will tell), 1 star off for the remote. Hard to navigate because of how small it is. But for $55. I feel it is worth it to watch an occasional 4k disc. Hopefully the skipping was a fluke.

Bought 2 for my sister - she has 2 smart TVs. This player doesn’t have all the apps and features the TV already has - why pay twice?
