This player can not be beat when it is on sale for the money. The only annoying thing about the player is the voice that says play or good bye. I may be able to find a way to turn it off. I would buy this again and actually bought another unit when on sale again later.

Honestly just wanted something that would work. Didn't want to get techy. This is WAY smaller than we though, but it fits perfectly underneath our TV. The remote is also super miniature, so i wish that was a tad bigger. But no problems so far!

I’ve watched a few movies on this 4K ultra Blu Ray player and it does what it should do. I don’t play around with all the buttons on the remote. I just need to watch the movie in crisp and clear. I’m no tech geek so I don’t need all the bells and whistle.

If you want a basic 4k player this is a safe bet. If you want a high end player with tons of options steer clear. I'm happy but I researched it and it was what I expected. You can't do much with out the remote so don't lose the remote.

Its a great 4k player had it for more than an year and it works great, It does what it says.

Does what I need it to. I didn’t need it to be “smart” and didn’t want to pay extra for that. I have other smart devices. I was just looking for something that plays 4K discs and this met that need.

We were on the market for an affordable 4k DVD player to watch 4k movies on our 4k TV. Searched for a bit, but all of them seemed to be a little too high in price. Luckily we found this unit -- plays well and has been functioning perfectly for the past 3 or so months.

I purchased Magnavox - MBP6700P - 4K Ultra HD Blu-Ray Player - Black when it was on deal and the price was lowest at Best Buy. On the top of that we get 6% back in rewards. Magnavox Blu Ray player works great and worth the price.

Got this on Deal of the Day and couldn't be happier. Very clear picture and makes my regular DVDs look great. Bought a set of HDMI cables and used in stead of the set of cables that came with the box.

No fuss, no muss, gets right down to business. If you want to use the blu ray live feature, needs to be plugged in to router or movie goes black for 1-2 seconds often. Should have wifi or you can turn the live feature off.

Bought this as an entry level 4K player for the price based on reviews from this site. Typically going for $100-$300 and for under $100 this was a great deal. No wifi was needed and this one is just Ethernet plug only, which is fine.

This is not a top of the line player clearly but if you're just moving to 4k this will do the job. It is a bit slow on the start up, enough so that I sometimes turn it back on thinking I didn't hit the button correctly.

I bought this 4K player when I upgraded to a 4K tv. I bought it mostly because of the great price. I was surprised by the excellent picture it supplies. It does not have any smart features or apps which I didnt need because my TV has them.

It's video quality is great but I'm finding that the limited features is making me not use it as much as I would like. Also it doesn't have batteries or a high speed hdmi cable and that means it's not ready to use out of the box.

This is a great little box with simple menu system, supports hdr 10, LAN only network for bd live and firmware updates. Settings were better than expected. The audio support is well beyond what was listed on box or Bestbuy website, still testing but DTS: MA and other 5.1 and 7.1 formats are confirmed. Great image quality for BD and 4k BD discs. I did have issues getting video when using an hdmi cable that came with Steam Link when connected to an Onkyo receiver. A higher quality cable was no problem or when directly connected to TV only reason for a 4 star. Otherwise no smart features is amazing.

I was sceptical at first due to the low price but it works well and definitely puts out a good 4k picture which is noticeably better than bluray

4K HDR are amazing! The only negative is that there no HDMI cable. Luckily for me, I had a spare 4k hdmi cable. Really good for the price! Watched John Wick and averngers, works wonders!

Fantastic when it was available for under half a C-note. You can certainly do better, I upgraded to the Sony 700 recently. However, this player was better than 4K playback on the Xbox One S AND X!

Had just spent over $1500 on a 4k TV and did not want to go crazy on a 4k player. This one had great reviews and has turned out to be a great product. It does exactly what I need it to.

The remote is small but we haven't lost it yet. I feel this player helped improve the picture quality on our really crappy tv upstairs! We watched Dracula (Jonathan Rhys Myers) on blu-ray and I was happy we had this player to watch it.
