It works well with my 4k TV. Upscales my much older dvds to the point that I don't feel the need to buy tge Blurau version of the movie.

This player doesn't have any wifi built in. However I was just looking for a basic 4K blu ray player because I already have a Apple TV. This player picture looks awesome and is loads much faster then my previous bluray player.

i wanted a DVD player that would interface with my smart TV but cost under $100 since we mostly stream. this fits the bill perfectly. easy to use and has the features i want, plus i'm not paying extra for stuff i don't need.

I have a 60" Sharp 4k tv and I wanted to see if my Samsung Blu-ray would play Ultra HD disks. I found out that it does not, but that didn't matter as the disk came with a regular blu-ray and a digital copy. I got this unit home, unboxed it and connected it via a $3 4k HDMI cable from Best Buy and a Cat 5 cable to the nic. The only reason to connect to my network is to update the unit. It will let you stream via home network, but I read it only does images. I wasn't able to see any videos and I haven't tried music yet. I have a Roku for that anyways. This no frills unit was cheap with my student discount and it does exactly what I needed it to do. It will play Ultra HD disks and they look stunning. So far, very happy with this purchase.,

Picked this up for one of our rentals. Less than half the price as the competitors. 4k blurays looked great! I'd recommend this player for anyone, not just the cost conscious.

This is a very nice little player, and it surprisingly has hdmi control so with most tv's you can use the tv remote to function player. And it is a 4k uhd player for cheep.

Works as it should I guess. I bought the sharp 65 4k TV. So not sure if I can tell a difference from blu ray to 4k

Bought this player to see If it was worth and it sure was. Plays well just like the other 4k players that are at a higher price.

This is a great 4k player. Don't need any smart capabilities since I have Roku built in to my tv. Just need a cheaper way to play 4k discs. This does that job great!

I bought this device to replace my old DVD player and I couldn't be happier. Now I can watch Blue Ray on my TV as well as my old DVDs, which look a lot better now.

After buying a new 4k tv I needed to get a new 4k blu-ray player. Seems to work just fine, remote is a little sluggish but works fine. Display shows it is upgrading my dvd's to higher quality. Very happy with this player.

As an owner of a smart TV, I didn't need a 4K blu-ray player with all the extra bells and whistles. This is perfect for someone just looking to play their 4K blu-rays.

This is a very good 4K player. I didn’t think it would have been the quality of player it is for the price I paid. I was very surprised at the quality of the picture.

Got this on sale. No complaints yet. The only thing I dont like is that it has no player controls to play, pause or forward etc. You must use the remote it came with. But for the price great unit great picture...

I carried this in my carryon bag to Guatemala, CA. We hooked it up immediately and easily. The image is crisp, the color is great and everything worked! This wasn’t the most expensive unit, but it’s fantastic!

Does what it is intended for. I cant see the difference between this and my Sony 4k player that was purchased for 200 dollars. Maybe a microscope will help me find the difference.

Sometimes simpler is just better. Does what it claims to and no costly duping of features. If you’ve got a new 4K UHD TV, why would you need a DVD player that duplicates all the extra technology in the TV?

When I got this it was a sales price and nearly 50% off so the product for the value I got is amazing. It does work fine and has good quality in the picture.

Easy installation. My 15 year old son installed by himself. No internet connection but that was exactly as we wanted.
