Definitely a low quality player. Not when playing the videos but the menu and functions are subpar. Keeping it for the guest room but would not want it as my main media player.

This is my worst purchase from Best Buy ever. It does not work, will not load, freezes up, no WiFi connection, you must use a direct connection to your router. After changing cables, and doing everything I could think of I decided to return it. Unfortunately I surpassed the 15 days return policy. I’m so thankful I’m out $50.00 and not the $200.00 it retails for. Even so, I think Best Buy has lost a customer, 15 days to return is just not acceptable.

Just died on me so not the best time to give a review. Disc won't spin up. Good for the spare bedroom over the two years for under a hundred bucks.

This unit probably works better with newer TVs but I had to keep resetting everything on my old TV in order for it to play regular DVDs

I took it out of the box, connected everything only to find out it wasn't Bluetooth. Ha! shame on me for assuming a new device such as this had Bluetooth capabilities.

I bought this product for my secondary TV that is in my bedroom. It fills the bill. This is exactly what i was looking for.

Product worked great for the first couple months. It will ko longer play anything other than 4k discs. Had to replace

It did not work well with my oled (obviously I should have read up on that before buying) but it works amazing on hdtv

This is definitely not what I was expecting. I was thinking “ultra high definition,” and got semi decent.

I really did not notice much difference when I played the 4K movie. Really did not meet my expectations

It do the job but it slow at the time to put the movie on to play.

After a little over 1 month I started having problems with it and now it does not work at all. Either it does not see a disc when one is installed or it says that disc that it sees as being installed is incompatible. I have tried some these 'failed' discs in another player and they work. I have also cleaned the player with a cleaning disc.

No frills 4k blurry player. Does the job, but absolutely no frills.

Nothing to sing about, but it does do the job as far as playing media.

The blu ray player is decent quality, it World well

Remote is terrible! 4K picture not even close to what my Sony xb 800 was! Definitely not worth it in my opinion!

I bought this Disc Player at a steeply discounted price and I can sure see why. It is completely unreliable. Expensive 4K UltraHD Disks will often stop playing. Standard Blu-Ray Disks are often not even read and fail to launch. Disks cannot be restarted. The image quality was outstanding the few times it actually worked but it’s not worth the aggravation and we’re in the market for a replacement. It sure won’t say MAGNAVOX on the outside.

This DVD player does not connect to WiFi and producing strange buzzing noise when turned On, even without any DVD inside.

Just an okay player. The disc gets stuck in the box and during playing it skips. I could not recommend at this time.

I first tried it out on an old Move DVD. Worked great, tried it on newer DVDs from the Library. Wouldn't play at all. Tried several but none of them played. I kept getting a message similar to this but not exactly. 'Not compatible '. Took it back to Best Buy store and they got the same message with 'Blue Rays'' Of course I returned it right there.
