Don't waste your time or $ on this. I am not sure how they feel it is refurbished ...I purchased this and 2 weeks after using it very minimally the wifi connection no longer worked, it kept failing. Very slow loading when/if you actually connect to the wifi. Thankfully the people in the Best Buy store (not online, they were no help) even though was a couple days past 15day return period, they gave me full refund. That was really only good thing about this purchase :) You get what you pay for I suppose.

The unit was not working and I called Magnox few times which they recognize product as dvd player and not a Blue ray player. I need to send photos of the unit to them and they updated records. They told me they will send return shipping package and have not received it even now. I called hem again and they saying it is not under warranty though it has 8 months to go for warranty to expire. Customer service is very bad and I will never buy any Magnavox or Funai again.

I bought 2 of these 3 years ago on sale for $40 and have loved them. They have not given me any trouble and wish I could find another one for the same price. They work great.
