Ms. Jolie was exceptional in her role as a hurt soul. The ending was as expected, but the overall production left me feeling bored. Good try, but they definitely missed their mark.

Like Shakespeare class it's been recalled Disney has now dove into their vault to give us new tellings of their classics with the exception of the three fairies I enjoyed this one

The twist on this well known fairy tale is interesting, and fun. Angelina Jolie is excellent in the part. She makes it worth watching. I thoroughly enjoyed the movie.

Nice picture quality. Whatever happened to putting BONUS features on disk. Sometime that feature was better than movie..Also would be nice if digital copy was on UV.

Bought this movie based on my wife's and daughters' recommendations. Being familiar with the Cinderella story, I found this story somewhat hard to want to accept.

Maleficent is a strange twist to the story of typical Disney villains. You could read into a lot of the story line as having references to real life and culture.

Angelina Jolie plays the role of Maleficent well. An interesting take on the original story. I almost felt sorry for the main character ------ almost.

My wife enjoyed it, but I did not as much. Mrs. Jolie does do a really good job, but part of this might be too scary for younger children.

The movie was good, and I bought because it was on sale. I have only watched one time and probably wont be again anytime soon. Go to redbox and rent it

This has a lot of different plot points then the classic, but by no means is that a hindrance. Taken as it's own entity, pretty fun movie.

Dabbles in the wicked vein, but doesn't go far enough. Might be more geared to kids but they may yawn too. I would recommend to my Disney friends.

Awesome twist on the storyline behind the "cruel" witch but Jolie appears like a stalker after a while. A bit over the top for small kids also.

Disney sugar coats another villain. Evil is evil. Though this is a well acted and entertaining tale. It tries to justify doing evil for evil.

And this movie did not change my mind. She was stranger in this, than in most things. Strange woman, strange film.

The movie is ok. Angelina Jolie is the best part about the movie. The picture quality is near perfect on the Blu-ray and the audio is solid.

I do not think it is fair to review a movie on how it was, however, the movie plays good and the sound works great with my audio system.

I enjoyed this in the theater and thought it would be fun to add to my collection.
