This company has went down hill on a slide.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.samsung Q850T. Does not perform as stated. Service from Best Buy and Geek Squad was horrid. Was on hold for almost 90 minutes. Told to go to "live on line chat" guess what??? It was not live and it was impossible to get to a live person. After two days of this I drove 1.5 hrs. back to the store. Accused of lieing because I did not have the conf ID for a home visit I scheduled on line. I e-mail the conf e-mails to them... I have used "Best Buy" and "Geek Squad" for years, not any longer. Their phone service SUCKS.. as does their customer services.

stand alone-good...sleeping beauty companion-awful

It worked to make the classic Disney villain a hero- ruining everything that was fabulous about her and simplifying her to a woman scorned... leave the classics alone!
