I bought this originally to watch with my daughter. However, I think secretly it was more for me. This re-invented classic was a great treat. The plot, and visual effects were great.

I heard that this movie didn't do well in the box office, but after seeing it myself I thought the visual effects were beautiful and it was a nice change to the original story of Sleeping Beauty. If you're looking for the classic tale, this isn't it but a nice story nonetheless. I'm happy that I bought the Blu-ray.

this movie is a little dark for a Disney movie but still a good movie. it shows that love and good really can overcome anything. just like most of Disney movies I did like this one.

I got confused at the beginning but after watching it a few times, I finally got it. Not the story I was expecting so it put a twist. Great movie for my daughters, they loved it.

This is a great new take on the classic Sleeping Beauty. Excellent movie but be careful for younger children. They may be scared with the violence, magic, and other cinematic events.

Malificent drives home the constancy of true love, the constancy of maternal caring regardless of hurts and wrongs suffered. Angelina Jolie does a magnificent job of teaching truths.

Contrary to other reviews about this movie, I actually enjoyed the story and the fact that there is always two sides to every story. This makes villains look not so evil. I LOVE IT!!

I loved this movie. Whether or not you are a Disney movie fan how could you not love Angelina Jolie in this film? I saw it in the theater and of course bought it. Highly recommended.

My wife saw this movie on a trip to Thailand. She liked it. I bought it. Have not watched it yet but I'm sure the quality is excellent. Can't go wrong w/ a Disney Blueray/DVD Combo.

Angelina Jolie played a excellent villain in this movie. This role was meant for her. This movie was wonderful. I recommend this movie to anyone who hasn't seen it. It's a must see.

I love this take on Maleficent. I often wondered why she would pick on just one kid, and this movie helped explain that. I also love that it has digital.

I purchased "Malificent" as a gift for my Daughter. We all loved the movie and have watched it several times. The story line was very creative and the effects were pretty cool also!

This one of Angelina Jolie's best performances. The acting is great and the storytelling is paced in a way that it never gets boring. This is a great twist on the classic fairytale.

This movie rocks! Way better than I expected. I actually felt sorry for Maleficent after seeing this. Totally gives you another point of view. Definitely recommend checking it out.
