It is a well written story which tells the story of the "evil" which from the classic Disney cartoon, Sleeping Beauty. Is Maleficent really evil?

Being a huge fan of the disney classics I had fairly low expectations. This being said the movie blew me away. Great special effects and acting.

This was bought as a gift for another person, but I got to enjoy it at the same time. Ir turned out to be a much better story than expected, with an impressive set of special effects. Not the expected vamp performance from Jolie, some real acting talent shown.

Maleficent is an enjoyable family DVD, very entertaining, and some of my favorite actors. This DVD from Best Buy was a good value, also.

This movies changes everything you know about the story of sleeping beauty and turns it on its head fantastic movie

If you are familiar with the play "Wicked" then you will appreciate this live-action version of a Disney classic animated movie. Nice for a change of pace but I was hoping for something closer to the source material. Still a good addition to a Disney collector.

We all went to the cinema to see this when it first came out. But now, we have it to watch on our ginormous Samsung HD TV on Blue Ray. What Fun!

Got a decent price on this movie the kids wanted, wasn’t a bad one and again, I was happy with the price.
