An amazing story from a Disney classic with beautiful picture and awesome sound

Been waiting a long time to see Maleficent and I am so pleased that I bought rather than rent it. It was even better than I expected

I was a little skeptical about this movie because the previews made it look dark. I thought my 8 year old would be scared. It was however a great movie teaching that not all acts of true love have to be between a man and a woman in a romantic relationship.

The story was nothing what I expected. The backstory that was created for the movie made the viewer feel a sense of empathy for Malefecient.

The movie had great effects, good story and acting. It was an interesting take on the story and it works well. Well worth seeing and buying.

Even if you don't like disney flicks, this movie is worth watching! Great effects, fun twist on a well known story, and of course, Angelina.

My family loved this movie. It was tailored to younger imagination and also for the adult to keep entertained. It was a great story line.

Well done. The make up is incredible and special effects are spot on. They are so well done they add to the movie without detracting from the story or actors. Angelina Jolie is beautiful and terrifying. It is a great retelling of a story we thought we knew.

Really good storyline I. I thought it was just some ordinary version of Sleeping Beauty but it turned out to be a good plot and great ending

Forget what you I remember about Sleeping Beauty. This tells the story from a whole different perspective. Great movie for the whole family!

I wasn't sure about this movie when I purchased it but during and after watching it the first time, I'm sure I'll watch it more than twice.

This movie is a great fantasy film which shows the character of maleficent in an entirely new light, don't miss watching this.

Took a chance with this movie and I must say it’s quite good. Nice 4k picture and good audio, packed in a nice steelbook.

We saw maleficent in the theater and had to buy it on Blu-ray. Disney did a very good job making this film. Highly recommended for all ages.

My grandchildren and I enjoyed this movie in the theater and thought it was good enough to own and have seen the dvd twice since purchasing. It's a nice variation on the Sleeping Beauty story with lovely visuals and an affirmation of what true love means.
