I've been using MB for more than a decade. Honestly I kinda just keep using it cause It's what I'm used to. it detects things that aren't a threat and even my vpn is detected which isn't great even if I add an exception for my vpn, it still detects it, but overall MB does its job and it's relatively cheap when on sale

Malware bytes is the best anti virus software, it is soo helpful and covers you for a lot of different devices.
