    The fact that any/all questions and concerns are by email/chat ONLY!! I encountered some problems/issues and there must have been over 23 emails because these reps never addressed my questions EVER and finally got a supv to schedule a call to me and all my questions/concerns were answered. I installed the software on 12/26/24. Crazy!

    When I first installed Malwarebytes on my Windows 11 PC it appeared to be working well. But after the first program update (not virus definition) I discovered that it had completely uninstalled itself and left my system unprotected. Windows defender was turned off after I installed Malwarebytes and I had to manually turn it back on. There was no warning that Malwarebytes was uninstalled and that Defender was unactivated. This is the worse type of bad. I googled it and I wasn't alone.

    It didn’t work like supposed. I used the free trial and the results show me that I had something in my Mac but because was trial it can’t complete the cleaning process. I bought this software (digital one from Best Buy). After installed and use it, it show me that everything is ok, all clean. Tried to cancel and refund with Best Buy and they said I have to reach the software company. I spoke with be software company and they told me I have to reach the retail store. So, I have to dispute the transaction with my credit card company. I’ll never will buy a digital software to Best Buy store.
