What a waste of money! Any other non-Apple computer would’ve been fine, I’m told way after the fact of course!!

Don't have it but want it!

If someone could send me the key, I might give this a better rating. ( it is possible I deleted it , but it had not be downloaded) I ordered it on Sept 22 and I have the Thank You email. But was suppose to receive another email telling me what to do.

Great malware software
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I did not know I had a problem with malware until I could not use my task management, I got this software once installed on my secondary hard drive it ran my whole system and fixed the problem in about 30 min. It removed 3 files that were not caught by my 2 antivirus and firewall. This works great, we all have different problems but this saved me 175 from getting this fix and possibly more money because I did not have to leave my PC for repair.

Deceptive payment processing system
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.They have an automatic renewal payment system which charged my debit card, and never credited my account. I have all the proof from my bank that the payment was made, but Malwarebytes refuses to acknowledge it. Then, when I filed to receive a refund from my bank, Malwarebytes payment processing department disputed that. The bottom line is that I'm out over $50 and my service was canceled for non-payment. I've been going back and forth with Malwarebytes and my bank for months. I'm at the exact same place I was 2 months ago. I finally just given up. So, if you like the idea of paying for a service you'll never received, use Malwarebytes. Otherwise, move along to something else.
