    Been using the free version but love that I don't have to remember to run a scan as this has scheduled scans. Instantly found 2 items that were problematic!

    I've used the freeware version of MB for years but this upgrade is very much worth the cost. The active protection it provides reveals the amount of malware the connected device is frequently subjected to.

    I've had other virus protection that constantly had pop ups or annoying messages, not so with malwarebites. It runs seamlessly and does a great job making my laptop secure.

    I have used Malwarebytes for years and have never been disappointed. They lost one star because of the difficulty in installing if you are not using the auto-renew option. It is less expensive to do a complete install of a new license than to renew the old. You have to completely remove the old product first, then wait a day or so before you will be able to avoid the "no installation token."
