I was very divisive seeing this the first time, watched it a second time and I switched my opinion to "I like this movie." But know 4 more times watching it I am starting to love it. This was such an interesting look at superman that actually made me respect the character and start reading some of his comics.

Waited a long time before buying Superman Man of Steel on 4K. The price point here was an instant no-brainer for me. Love this movie and if it goes on sale again, I will buy more for gifting this season.

I've never been a fan of Superman movies because the action was always underwhelming and the plot a bit silly. Man of Steel is epic and exhilarating though a bit long. I can't say much about the 4K disc because I'm still saving for a 4K TV but the Blu-ray is fabulous. Excellent picture and sound quality that brings the film to life.

I know some people may not care for this version of Superman or Zack Snyder but I love Man of Steel. I don't care for what Zack did with the DC films after this but I love what he did here. I'm a big Superman fan and I love this realistic take on Superman! And it looks great in 4k!

Was pleasantly surprised with the action and some of the backstory how Clark was saved from the destruction of planet Krypton. I liked Russell Crowe cast as Jor-El and Michael Shannon as General Zod. An old classic, which incorporated modern aspects with some dark parts not overwhelming like Batman. Good mesh.

This movie I purchased after seeing the Snyder cut. And I must say it was so much more fun than I remember. Then again my first watch was a torrent download and it was trash quality. But this 4k transfer is spectacular.

I'm easy to please when it comes to movies. If I find it entertaining, it's a good movie. This is definitely an entertaining movie. I've heard some complaints about the plot and realize that there were some spots here and there- but it was by no means a deal breaker. The 3D effects were amazing. I definitely recommend this to those with 3D viewing capability. AG

I have been waiting forever for a good superman movie to come out and they have finally done it. Finally a real story with a real villain, no cockamamie Lex Luther ridiculous plan with a shard of kryptonite. This movie is a good base for new superman series hopefully they keep the theme going for the next ones, and please lets see Doomsday in this series eventually.

Got this BluRay at a good sale price for less than $8, and it's the best Superman movie out of all the movies made about Superman. I still like all the older movies, but this has the best visuals & effects. The movie has its slow & boring, even weird parts, but it's spectacular & fun to watch!

Great movie. If you completely ignore the negative responses based on the entire DCEU and the comparisons to the nostalgia-hyped older Superman movies, this movie stands as the best Superman movie. Great effects. Emotional story. Not silly. Not a comedy. Superman as he should be.

The movie is a solid scifi superhero movie. I'm no fan of any previous Superman movies but the dark tone and scifi elements of this version mafe his character better for me. It should be seen before watching BvS. This edition doesn't come with a slip and the movie money to see BvS will be close to useless by this time if it isn't already.

Fantastic movie. Fun, action packed, great characters and Henry Cavill I think is an Awesome superman !! This movie was very well done and I know there's been tons of spin offs they need to make another superman to follow up this one..

I love all of the Superman movies. My favorite will always be the first one with Christopher Reeve. "Man of Steel" is a change up, however, into a different side of Superman. You see more of the dark, brewing man; therefore the film is a deeper, less "fun" type of movie than the originals. I have watched it about 10 times.

Definitely not the Christopher Reeves Superman, showing my age, but a good version of Superman. I like it even though I grew up on the tv version of Superman in black and white and then Christopher Reeves Superman movies. A must have if you are going to get the DC movies.

This was a very good movie with a lot a action and was very easy to watch. This is a movie is would definitely recommend To others to watch. I would also watch it again. The scenes were amazing. My whole family liked the movie and have watched it over and over.

This is a very good movie with a interesting plot twist from the original story line. Definitely one to buy and not rent. Well casted as Henry Cavill makes an excellent Superman and Michael Shannon a great villain!

Henry Cavill & Amy Adams do justice to the Superman/Lois Lane story. It begins on the planet Krypton goes goes straight through an epic battle at the end. It's an enjoyable story for kids and adult kids at heart. If you enjoy a good superhero film you will great 2+ hours with Man of Steel!

I recently bought a 4k Tv and player set up and I've been buying movies that show off the format. After seeing it in 4K it was totally worth the purchase. But if you already have the normal bluray there isn't much of a uptick to make the purchase necessary. Bonus: great movie as well!!

I really liked this movie. I think it was well put together and different from the typical well known versions of superman. I don't read comics, but I do see a lot of the movies based on them and this is more adult and more story oriented (still has tons of action tho). the blu ray picture is great and Im happy with my purchase.
