Bes Buy had this available and when they were bundling this movie with discounts to get other movies I just had to buy this. 4k is amazing but make sure you have a 4K HDR TV to take full advantage of the Atmos surround sound and picture clarity.

I saw this movie in the theater first with my wife and then again with my son. It is very well done and meets the current standards of today's superhero movies. Great acting, great story, great special effects, and lots of character development, all in magnificent 3D.

Obviously this review is my opinion, but I loved this take on superman, and thought the costuming, special effects, and setting throughout the movie made it feel approachable and real, even though it is at its core a sci-fi superman movie. I would definitely recommend it.

I have been waiting for a Superman movie in which they show his true powers and this movie definitely shows it. I also like how Superman feels more human than an alien and chooses to protect the people of earth.

I was upset when I missed this movie in the theaters but finally got to see it and I really enjoyed it. Kevin Costner was a great Jonathan Kent. Russell Crowe did a good job as Jor El. I think the role of Clark Kent was excellent and the action in the movie was intense.

My son, who considers himself an expert in all things superhero just loves this movie. He watches is over and over again. It seems like this is a movie that gets better the more you watch it. I personally am not a fan of Affleck but he was ok.

Honestly the very first C. Reeves movies were good but I've read the comics, and this new adaptation is the best live action about Super Man, this is the movie for true comic book readers like me, who wanted a more modern day portrayal

My family loves this movie for so many different reasons. I have not enjoyed any superman movie as this one. I actually see so much in the movie beyond what could be imagined. If you are looking for a message thus movie will speak on many levels.

Henry Cavill and Amy Adams light up the screen. Russell Crowe was AWESOME as Jorel Michael Shannon as Zod nailed it and Kevin Costner and Diane Lane were Stellar as Martha and Jonathan Kent. The Cinematography and CGI were electric. Can't wait for Batman and Superman

Whether you're a DC or Marvel fan it doesn't matter if you're a fan and collector first like I am. And let me say that this is worth having in your collection of Comic/super hero movies. Especially in this format.

I purchased this movie in 4k Ultra HD when it was on sale, normally these types of movies are way overpriced. the movie quality was excellent even though the actual movie was not filmed in 4k.

An enjoyable comic book movie. Not as good as the Dark Knight trilogy or as entertaining as the Avengers, but a very good movie nonetheless. Some parts/fight scenes seemed to drag on a bit, but overall a solid, enjoyable movie.

I liked, but not loved this movie. The effects were cool and it was great in 3D. But the plot was iffy. I grew up with the Christopher Reeves series and I loved those and how they were produced and their plots. This pales in comparison to those movies. But it was a good flick overall.

Well I must say that I have watched plenty of 3D movies now and this one is SO So on the 3D. The 3D seemed like it was out of focus at times and it is a long movie so the eyes do get tired too. Overall Great movie following it's tradition time and time again. It's worth buying and keeping.

I had really high expectations for this film, so it would've been hard for even a great movie to meet them. That being said, this was a pretty good movie. The acting was fairly decent and the special effects were excellent. The only drawback was the fighting scenes seemed to go on forever.

I like this version of Superman its not really boring it has action but we hadn't seen a good superman movie at the time since Superman returns, so great way to be bring back an iconic character into film

This was a good remake of the classic Superman movie. Kevin Coestner as his earthly dad and Russell Crowe as the Kypton father he never knew, both actors were perfect in the role

This movie is great for all ages. Tops all of the other "superman" type movies … yes … it has the newest technology used towards the making of this movie … still a nice break from the rest. No over actors.
