I really wanted to like this movie but it was just too long for me. It turned out to be way more sci fi then i thought it would be. The blu ray quality is great but id rather watch another movie than this one again and not waste my time on it. This is for die hard superman fans basically.

Man of Steel was pretty decent. I didn't think it was that great at first. But it was better the second time around. bought this in anticipation for Batman v Superman, and it got me good and ready. I just hate that so much destruction took place while superman fought!

Enjoyed the movie when I saw it in the theatre. Decided to add it to my 3D collection without having seen the 3D version in the theatre. Not all 3D versions are worth the added cost but this was not in that category. It was definitely a good choice.

This was a refreshing change from Superman Returns. Love the different take on the origin story. The only thing was the writers broke the cardinal rule of Superman in that he took a life. Took a while to overcome the shock, but aside from that, the movie is great.

Superman - Man of Steel is already one of our top 3 superhero movies. The 4K edition on a big screen UHD TV is well worth the money. I recommend adding this to your 4K collection even if you already have the BlueRay version.

some may say this is a little dark for superman. You know what I think? FINALLY a superman movie where he actually destroys buildings and stuff. He learns the value of being gentle. You know, so metropolis doesn't get leveled every time he gets in a fight.

Do a search for "How it should have ended" and you"ll see the big plot hole. In spite of that, I still enjoyed the movie. Henry Cavill makes a good Superman. As far as the Bluray disc, it played fine and looked good. I haven't looked at any of the extras so can't comment on those.

4K movies are the best. Man of Steel first look at the beginning of a new Superman for the 21 century. Love choice of Lois Lane. Movie is put together well. Can watch over and over again.

I didn't know how to take yet another remake. I was impressed on how well Cavill played the role. I believe he is the perfect actor for the role. Great amount of action with a twist.

Very good movie. Lots of action, the story line is very good, the actors are all great. Just didn't like that Zod and his forces figure out so easily and quickly how to get strong when it took Kal-el 20 years. Then again Kal-el shouldn't have told Zod about it.

I thought the movie itself was a very good take on Superman's retelling story. The collector's edition itself was very nice that included a tinfoil case with all the various movie formats in it, as well as a display stand.

This is a great movie. I'm on the fence when it comes to zach Snyder. I either love him or hate him. In this case it's love. The beginning on krypton is awesome. The ending is a bit too much destruction for me. But overall the movie is excellent. The bluray is great quality as well.

I bought this movie to replace the standard Blu-ray and the picture quality was a nice up grade over the Blu-ray colors were a lot better where they were present and the HDR really popped

Just rewatched this along with BvS and ZSJL. This transfer is really good as well as being one of the greatest superhero films of all time!

Man of Steel is a wonderfully done movie in my opinion. I think it think it gave a great a look into Superman's arrival and life. Henry Cavill is a great pick for the role, and the rest of the casting was great. I hope when the future movies are made, they continue with same people!

I really enjoyed this film. It took a couple of times watching it to really start liking the plot. It has an awesome cast and incorporating Superman's origin story was very entertaining. I also admired the camera work and visuals that really portrayed Superman's superhuman abilities.

I enjoy this movie. I've been a fan since the first time I saw it when it came out. If you also enjoyed it, then I would highly recommend getting this steelbook, because it is beautiful and looks great on a shelf.

This movie pulls at the heart strings of everyone. It has action scenes that are non stop but there are also scenes that are touching. Great balance between the two. It explains the beginning of Superman very well to those who are not familiar with the story.

Good storyline. Liked the way it put a little different spin on Superman's origin story. 4K Ultra version was done well, but the surrounds were too amped up during the action sequences for my taste (and it's all action). Looking forward to a sequel.
