This movie is very well done. The story line keeps you on the edge of your seat. In 4k, the picture and sound quality are incredible.

I bought this movie because it was on sale and I hadn't seen it. With batman v superman coming up soon, I wanted to see it and be up to date on the superman side of the story. Good movie for a cheap price.

A mature take on a Superman film, we have to remember that even tho Superman is a icon that everyone knows his origins, most people have not read a Superman comic. With this in mind it is enjoyable and fun to watch.

I'd say that about a quarter of the way through the movie I knew it was a "buyer". There's actually enough time for the story to be told in the length of the movie for my taste and in my opinion.

This movie strayed somewhat from what I am used to seeing with my super heros. This Superman expressed more "human" emotions, esp as a child, bullied in school etc. I prefer to keep super heroes on the fantasy level.

The movie is a lot of fun, and VERY well cast and edited. The disc transfer to blu ray is top notch as would be expected with today's technology. Definitely recommended for everyone!

The opening scene with Russel Crowe on Crypton is visually awesome. The flaw would be a relatively weak Superman and the fact that he killed. Superman and Batman do not kill, so WTH??

This movie rocks. Love how they re-worked the story line. They made all the old Christopher Reeve movies make sense and of course the action sequences were amazing with the new technology.

I really like this movie and was really excited to check it out in 4k but although it does look great there isnt a big jump in picture quality. Instead grab the 4k John Wick it looks amazing

I thoroughly enjoyed this movie and it is a great addition to my bluray collection. Regarding the CGI fight scenes, I am now convinced we have reached a point where anything can be done in movies.

A darker take on Superman shines on blu-ray. Picture and sound quality are quite flawless. Not an epic movie version, but great none the less. If you're a fan of the film, definitely pick this up.

I am not a huge fan of the up close action shots with the jittery camera that has been popularized by Michael Bay. This film is not near as bad as Bay's films. Overall I liked the movie, and looking forward to more.

The movie felt schizophrenic at times as the scope of the story felt uneven. Clearly, the director was attempting to inject some humanity into the story but it felt as if he failed at times. It also felt as if he wanted too much to imprint his own vision. It was not a bad effort but not good enough. If this same vision (lack of execution) is in store for the sequel then there are tough times ahead for Superman/Batman/DC Comics fans. In any event, this was a better movie than Superman Returns but that may not be saying much. Overall, if you are starved for Superman-related action then this movie is for you.

A definitely entertaining variant on the story of Superman and his origins. It seemed to present a much darker side of the Superman story and was a must have for any Superman fan.

They may have overdone the Sci-fi aspect, but I loved the fresh new take on the re-introduction of the Superman Origin. Great special effects and not too comic-booky. Its a darker, more gritty Superman we've wanted.

Man of Steel brings Superman into the 21st century. We finally get to see Superman and his adversaries as they should be shown: pummeling each other and causing damage. This movie really brings the comics to life.

Beautiful in 4k sound is emersive. It's a story not without its problems but it introduces a new thought about the kid from krypton. Love the krypton storyline. Very epic in its delivery

An excellent movie that has every element. Loved how the movie used flashbacks instead of starting out in the past and jumping forward. Lots of action, which is good, since it's an action movie.

Man of Steel is movie that I feel gets better with multiple viewings. The picture and sound were really good on Blu-ray. The UHD Blu-ray is even better, but in a subtle way.
