Man On Fire is a pretty good film to watch with great action

This is a good movie not exceptional but fun to watch

Great movie. I bought it on DVD and found it on Blu Ray.

i still liked the original better but this is a good movie

My wife enjoyed it. I thought it was just average.

This is a very good movie to watch. I for one love to watch movies that have great surround sound since I have a home theater system. This movie is not ideal for enjoying a home theatr system since it is probably more alone the lines of a action/drama. Besides that though the movie has a very good plot/storyline if you have never seen it before. There are also very good actors that make the movie even better. I really enjoyed watching this movie. This was one of Denzel's best movies in my opinion. If you are purchasing this movie for the Blu-ray video thats fine. It does have good sounds however the surround sound could use a bit more work. I would recommend this movie to any one who likes action, drama, and suspense. This movie has it all.

This movie is an awesome respresentation of what Denzel Washington is capable of. And, Dakota Fanning is incredible in this movie! Man on Fire is certainly full of action, storyline, and acting in a way that any movie lover will enjoy! Get this movie... you won't be disappointed! Add in Christopher Walken, and add in some grainy cinematography that drops you right in the lap of Mexico and you have an incredible movie work!

I'm not normally an action flick fan, but I really enjoyed this movie. The story does not drag at all, it seems everyone involved in the kidnapping is corrupt, even our hero Creasy, but it is also surprisingly touching at a couple of points. The action sequences are really well done and I like the overall dark, gritty feel. Denzel Washington gives a superb performance, as does Christopher Walken, but young Dakota Fanning absolutely shines.

What's great about this movie is that it starts off as nothing really out of the ordinary and then BOOM! Suddenly the action takes off and Denzel takes over in one of his best performances. The story is great and keeps you on edge the whole second half of the movie as Denzel's character, Creasy, attempts to uncover the mystery behind a kidnapping. Man on Fire is great from start to finish.

From beginning to end, this movie was amazing. Without a doubt my favorite movie of all time. The acting is outstanding and the cinamtography is outstanding, how certain important things are emphasized in the movie with the words in text, and how they get you in the mind of John Creasy and show you first hand the kind of madness that haunts him. Perfect in every way.

"Man on Fire" showcases Denzel Washington as Creasy, a man with a troubled past that learns to live again while protecting Pita (Dakota Fanning) . Washington's performance is one of his best of his career. He has never been better as the damaged and brooding assassin turned bodyguard. Christopher Walken's supporting role is also a highlight to the production. It's a much deeper and darker version "Taken". Great action and emotional acting make this a must-see! One of Tony Scott's best films!

Dakota Fanning is excellent in this movie to create fairly quickly a connection with both the audience and Creasy, who is Denzel, her bodyguard. When she is kidnapped I felt his pain and the pain of the mother in their quest to get the daughter back. Without releasing too many details the plot twist is shocking and makes this a must see.

This movie is by far one of the greatest movies i've ever seen. Denzel Washington acts in one of the best acting roles in his life!! Dakota Fanning was great and who would've thought Marc Anthony would be a great actor. I recommend this film to everyone!!!

This movie is absolutely amazing. Denzel and Christopher Walken deliver a chilling movie of revenge and rampage. This movie does great with character development and then a beatdown crime style thriller. Recommend to everyone that likes Denzel.

I wasn't surprised to know that Denzell can play any kind of character. He always picks the kind of movies that display a range of his acting skills. In this film, Denzell lets you know that he is a man of his word. Too bad he didn't get the girl in the end, but you can't win them all.

This is a great movie, Plenty of action, some drama, a very good stroyline and excellent acting. This is a movie you will watch many times over the years and is a good dvd to own.

The Start of the movie was really long it took sometime to actually get into the story but when it start man all I could think to myself is....D*mn this dude is on fire,highly recommend better then the original movie

Denzel plays a man gathering information for an important reason, but the way he goes about it makes the movie what it is. Don't want to say too much, but the fact that its good. So check it out if you haven't.
