I really didn't know what this movie was about going into it. I just figured it was probably good due to all the awards it was up for. It certainly didn't disappoint. Great story and acting. I plan to watch again.

Good performance by cassey affleck, good story, overall good movie

In my opinion the story line wasn't what I had expected it to be, but still ended up being a good movie

ORIGINAL STORY. WOULD HAVE GIYEN THE OSCAR TO DENZEL, BUT CASEY DID A GREAT JOB HERE. DIRECTOR COMMEMTARY ONE OF THE BEST I HAVE HEARD. COMMENTS WERE ABOUT THE STORY AND ACTING, RATHER THAN THE TECHNICAL STUFF.

I bought this DVD based on a review I read from AARP. Their recommendations about movies are on point.

As to why Amazon is releasing their movies into theaters. Needs to be part of the prime service.

A great movie that goes further than family, love, values, and tragedy. This movie gives you a perspective on how you deal with the extensions of living through assessments of principals and emotions of life.

This movie is nothing what you expect or even get from the trailer.... The twist in it is crazy... Very suprised and GREAT ACTING by all.....A great suprise... A must see and have.. Glad I purchased..

I hadn't read any reviews on this movie, and wanted to see it based on the trailers. An excellent movie, and very emotional. I also was pleasantly surprised that everything wasn't predictable by the trailers.

Casey Affleck's performance is more than superb, but the story lacks a bit on Hollywoodish bangs. Not a tear jerker, not a sensational story. Basically, it is the currently "en vogue" lack of dialogues compensated by facial expressions and some actions that made this movie worth watching. Definitely not an Oscar winner as a movie, but the performances are.

Good movie but very sad and a litttle depressing. The movie came with a digital copy so I was able to add it to my VUDU library. I later downloaded it to my iPad and watched it on a little weekend getaway.

It's a sad story but it is well told. I bought it because my wife had seen it and she liked it.

Beautiful location throughout the movie and brings present days ups/downs but memories are shared and not forgotten.

You will find yourself on the edge of tears one moment and laughing out loud the next. A truly memorable and gut wrenching performance from Casey Affleck. One of the best movies of 2016 without a doubt.

This film has some moments that are difficult to watch. Great performances all around. Watch it.

Great acting and a little sad for my tatse but the Blu Ray was a great transfer and good sound.

Award winning drama good acting tough story to watch do to the subject matter.

A good but slow moving film. Cast was great and made me dislike Casey Affleck even more.
