It is great for taking still shots while using my telephoto lens. Does an average job while taking sports pictures - would be better if it adjusted somehow. This is my first monopod so I'm not sure they do that. Still playing with it.

This is a quality product, if only a bit short in length for me( i am 5'7"). I found myself either lifting it up off the ground to use my viewfinder or hunching in a weird way- neither of which are good for stability- the whole purpose of the monopod! I should have went with a tripod to begin with, but this is a personal preference- for those looking for a monopod, this is a good one!

I am really impressed with this monopod. It is sturdy and fits my hand great. I ordered another one which was way too large to comfortably hang on to.

This is great, somewhat portable. It's such a plus when taking photos. Easy to use and helps so much, especially with outdoor shots.

Great quality for the price. I need a mono stick for my camera when i use my big lens for high school football taking pictures on the field and this stick does what i wanted.

This tripod is very durable and helps to take great pictures.

I use this mainly for sports pictures. Sometimes I'm standing and need to quickly sit on the floor to get a good shot. This monopod allows me to quickly change and lock it for different heights. My 11 year old daughter has even got the hang of it.
