I bought it because it looked sturdier than the other tripods. I like it, and it doesn't seem heavier than others I've handled.

With this tripod, you have 4-π (2-dimensions) control plus rotation along the axis of the camera (another dimension). And also height. That's 4 dimensions, exactly what I need to fully control my camcorder position, Rotation is not as smooth as you would like when you do panning. That is the only drawback. But what do you want for 60 bucks.

I was in need of a replacement tripod. I decided to spend a little extra money to get a nicer tripod model. I do not regret my decision as this tripod is awesome. The features on this model are awesome, easy to use and make self portraits quicker and easy. I love having the storage bag as well. I would recommend this model to everyone.

i personally like the product,i will give fulll 5 stars for the built and performance but the only down side its not cheap

The legs lock and the head swivels. Very solid and easy to set up and collapse. For the head to swivel the small knob on the side AND the wheel on the handle must both be unlocked, once position found, lock both. Also, a bag is included for storage. Its a bit tight when getting pod back into it.

I mainly use this with a laser level for mounting tvs, mirrors and what ever customers want. It's pretty accurate for the price.
