Customers are saying
Customers regard the 60" Tripod favorably for its ease of use, lightweight design, compact size, and affordable price. Many appreciate its quick release feature and portability, making it ideal for travel. However, some users express concerns about stability, particularly when fully extended, and find the ball head's performance and panning capabilities less than ideal. Improvements to the tripod's sturdiness and the smoothness of its panning mechanism are suggested by some users.

Works as Intended
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We use this at tournaments so that we don't have to rely on our kids to keep a camera still. It works pretty well and it doesn't tip too easily when knocked by a clumsy by-passer.

Great for Nikon D3200

Unstable, head moves
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I thought this would be a good lightweight portable tripod for my Canon Rebel SL1, Canon's smallest DSLR. My biggest lens is the kit 70-300. But even with a 50mm or the smaller kit 18-55mm, neither the tripod ball head nor the plate the camera sits on will stay fixed in place. Most of the time I shoot in manual using back button focus and once focused I can watch my framing & focus point change as the head or plate start to drift down/move – especially awful for longer exposures. I wish I had invested in a better quality tripod and cannot recommend this. It is so unstable due to the skinniness of the bottom pieces that even a gentle wind causes wobbling. It's also very awkward to adjust the head from horizontal to vertical position as there's a piece that gets in the way. Nothing but frustration.

Ok on stibility, could be better
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So i got this to just prop up the Nikon AW130 camera, a small lightweight waterproof option, while we had family time and sunsets off the cruise boat (mostly videos). It performed ok, but high winds did cause a wobble and the legs felt a little light. I recommend adding some weight to keep it firm but if you just need something to hold a camera for a few photos I'm sure it will do the job well. Easy adjustable head tilt and locked tight on release.

Very nice
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. One thing that I don't like is that I am 6'2. 60 inches is a bit low. It's about 5 inches to short. Otherwise a very nice tripod

Pieces fall off, no replacement parts available
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This review will be short ans sweet. Buy any other tripod before this one. The first time i traveled with this tripod, the loose camera plate fell out of the head. I looked to the manufacturer for a replacement, but apparently they are only available in the UK. I cant even find one to order from the UK. Certainly BestBuy will be of no help either. (RROUND-PL for those interested in testing my results) If you can afford to replace the plate (aka, buy two tripods), just buy an expensive one with better build quality. All that being said, it was easy to use and i was excited about taking it to photograph this week. Too bad it couldn't survive the ride out to the site... I wouldn't recommend this to a friend or enemy, simply because i wouldn't want the company to survive off of the money of my enemies.

NOPE!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Cheaply made for carrying the Manfrotto name, disappointed. Nice head but the central problem is that the tripod is not sturdy enough. You simply cannot get a decent tripod for under a hundred (maybe two hundred dollars). If you are semi or pro do not buy this tripod.

Terrible Quality!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Tripod already broke after not even 3 months of use! The pistol grip is now completely detached from the tripod. It also tilts to the side and doesn't stand up straight. Very dissapointed in this product! I do not recommend for anyone!

Quick release fell off
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The quick release RRound-PL fell off on it's own. Could not get BestBuy to help me order another one. I contacted Manfrotto, and it took them 3 months to get back to me just to tell me to order it from one of their suppliers in USA. The supplier didn't know what the heck the item was and when he got back to me, the part was $20. Not worth it since I bought the entire tripod for $50. Going in the garbage. Never buying Manfrotto again.

The worst ever
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wish if there is a no star so I use it to rate this tripod, do not waste your money, it is a shame it carries this logo, wont enjoy it for long before it falls a part, I purchased it because it carries the Manfrotto logo, wish if I didn't.
