Customers are saying

Customers commend the Compact Action Smart 61" Tripod for its sturdiness, lightweight design, and affordability, finding it ideal for travel due to its compact size and compatibility with various devices. However, some users experienced challenges with the panning feature, the lack of a built-in level, and the phone holder's stability. Concerns were also raised regarding the tripod head's maneuverability and the reliability of the locking mechanism.

I love this tripod. It is easy to setup and can be taken anywhere. I love the quick release connector; it is easier to connect than others I've used. My one drawback is the ball head. It goes from tight to loose really quick.

Purchased this tripod for my wife to use with her new Canon camera. She uses it almost every day now, and she likes the way it easily and quickly adjusts.

So far, I've used this very little, but I have to say, I'm loving it as of right now. The pistol-like grip is very useful and feels great in the hand and it's very responsive.

I'm amazed that I'm getting the smartphone adapter for free with this bundle -- on Amazon, I was seeing the tripod alone costing the same amount.

Nice tripod, handy and light but I’m scared to put my large camera because I don’t trust it for sturdy, I just use it for my small camera or my mobile phone

This tripod is good for what I need. I only use it with my cell phone. I would be worried about using this one with a big camera. Legs are a little thin for a big camera.

NOT GOOD FOR DSLR's with Large Lens

I have had this tripod for over a year now. I am able to set it up for my phone with the nifty grip, and even use it with my daughters point and shoot. But if when I set up using my Canon T6 with a large zoom lens like a 70-200 or even the kit zoom lens, it is really unstable during the shutter release. Especially if I extend the center post up it creates major blur. The pistol grip is good for video but it does not lock fully for a stable photo. The quick release is awesome, just make sure you keep up with the button, I have lost mine many times but was able to find it. If you do lose it, the tripod is pretty much useless.

great to throw in a backpack for quick shooting on a hike, or when you need a bit more than a monopod. a few extra quick release buttons and it can be used for field monitors, etc. as well.

Easy to use and packs nicely. I'm just a hobbyist photographer so I don't need this for anything extreme. Works well enough for what I want it to do.

Great, and versatile. Comes with a carrying pouch and an adaptor so you can use your phone. The movement isn’t as smoth as you would like it to be. Could be a bit taller.
