Tripod not that sturdy holding the camera. I need the camera to not move, but the tripod still have play in it no matter how tight you turn it.

The primary objective for a tripod is to precisely lock down the view. When using this unit's "special" Scroll Lock, the view moves THEN continues to move after locked kind of like it's made of rubber that is contracting. HORRIBLE. Bonus: Best Buy's 14 day return is the worst in retail, no wonder they are losing market share.

I have owned Manfrotto equipment in the past, so I thought it was a safe bet for a job I wanted. The pistol/head is quite flimsy and struggled to hold up a fairly lightweight DSLR with a light 50mm lens. I instead purchased one online and it was much better. Like I said, I have other Manfrotto equipment so perhaps this one is defective-not sure and for me not worth the $$$.

Not sure if this was Suppose to come with the Quick Release Plate. I had to buy this separately for almost $15. I assumed that this would include the Plate for the Camara but was not in it when I opened the box. for an $80 tripod I was not happy with that.

Literally opened to use for the first time and the phone holder broke instantly. Didn’t have enough strength to hold my iPhone 11. Disappointed.

The ball head does not tighten well at all which is a huge problem when you can't keep your shot lined up properly.

I thought package-opened item from Best Buy should be still looks somewhat similar to new one, given it was maybe only 15% off from the original price. But the actual piece delivered to me was with significant sign of usage as if it had been heavily used for 10 years. I wouldn’t have paid that even if it was 50% off.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. You will lose the plate every time you use it and will have to pay $25 for a new plate only to lose that too. The Tripod itself is not steady and the plates are insecure. My 7 year old $25 tripod outperforms this garbage by a long shot.

I bought this tripod 4/9/2019. I used it for 6 months and a part broke of. It didn't even last one year! I can't bring it back or exchange it for a new working tripod, because the 30 day warranty is up. I feel cheated, and like I threw my money away. I'm very disappointed:( I will by my next tripod somewhere else.

Purchased for a camcorder not a good choice. When you loosen the tension screws so you can pan with the camera the camera falls back. Not smooth movement at all. Not a good choice unless you just want your camera in a fixed position. Ended up returning.

Nice stable mimi tripod inexpensive but good quality.

This feels like a $30 tripod. Tripod head constantly falls around and lock mechanism. Was out of town for two weeks and when I tried to go back and return the item "it was too late". Please do not buy. There are way more reliable tripods for the price.

I love Manfrotto and think very highly of the company. This tripod, however, is very disappointing. It feels cheaply made, it's flimsy, and I returned it almost immediately.

This tripod does not hold the weight of a DSLR.. my camera keeps tilting and falling while I’m shooting my sons basketball games..

Not a great tripod. Flimsy and unstable. The head is cool and fun to use however. Even still, I would not recommend this product to any serious photographer or videographer.

Did not use the item. Associate said it would work for my iPhone. It would but I needed additional attachments. Returned item and purchased what I needed through Amazon.

The Tripod says it works with all cameras. We bought it to use on our cameras that have a screwhole on the bottom. Turns out, they don't have a camera screw mount. We have already returned it.

Not happy. Not sturdy! Tried once. Unused and will not let me return as return date has expired.
