Good for the price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Tripod overall is a decent product however the plate that attaches to the camera body will not hold camera tight, therefore comes loose and needs adjusting frequently.

Useless after One Trip to the Beach
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really want to give this thing 5 stars but I can't right now. When I first got it everything was great. Legs were smooth and sturdy. Felt like a good quality product. After 1 use for a couple hours at the beach I have a leg that is essentially useless. Two of the leg extensions will not retract up back into the leg. I attempted to clean out the threads and the locking screw with fresh water but it did not really help at all. I attempted to unscrew the locking screw and that's when both leg extensions fell out and I can no longer get them to "lock" into the tripod at all. I know sand and salt can get stuck in the threads of the locking screws but I've used my Zomei tripod at the beach for at least a year now and have had very little issue with it. The Product is still under warranty so I will be sending back to Manfrotto for a repair or replacement so hopefully the next one will be better. Pretty disappointed in first Manfrotto product as of now though. If they fix the leg of my tripod (for free) and I don't have the same issue with the other 2 legs I would easily rate this 5 stars.

Junk
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Didn't last 6 months before one of the leg restraints cracked and fell out, rendering it completely useless. Had to order release plate from Amazon. I suspect I got an open box item that I paid full price for. Disappointed and angry.
