Not that great pretty much the same film as previous version with some additional footage. Blu-ray transfer better quality.

I was expecting more added material but not much different from original version

FFC snips too much for no reason. Plus side is that Don Lucchesi's death has been bloodily restored.

Doesn’t do much for an already lackluster film. Watch Godfather 1&2, much better films.

Its the Godfather 3. Not perfect but more ok enough.

If you already own The Godfather III, do no waste your money on this supposed redux. Coppola made only two edits to produce this "Coda" to the Godfather saga. These edits in no way change the overall narrative of the story. Only Godfather completionists should consider owning this version of the third movie.

The movie is okay but not as good as the first. Great entertainment though.

You really have to know the minutiae to appreciate and/or find the difference in this film beyond the changes to the beginning and ending. Some of the same sloppy jump cuts and horrific green screen/matte at the coffin of Don Tomassino still exist. Blu-ray, really, not there.

Coda is marginally better than the Godfather Part 3.

Very disappointing. I expected something - not sure what - but I got nothing. It was a total letdown. Don’t bother buying this.

I had this from year ago HOWEVER its advertised as reedited and having new scences. Not at all, now I have two of the same movie.

If you’ve seen the original version don’t bother with this. It’s a waste of time and money. They hyped this release as if this would change everything but they just shuffled a few scenes around that have no impact to the overall story. The incest plot is even more cringeworthy in this version. Is Coppola hurting for cash these days? Left feeling disappointed. Just stick with parts 1 and 2 which are still amazing.

This is pointless and ruins the ending of the original movie. Do not purchase

It’s not that all good with the reshuffling of scenes and a few new added scenes. I think it’s time for a Francis Ford Coppola to release “The Godfather Trilogy: 1901 - 1980” all together as one movie like he did on laser discs years ago.

No spoilers here, but not really worth getting to see a minor difference. It doesn't make me like The Godfather III any more or less than I already do. Just keep watching Godfather One and Two you already have in your box set.

Expecting something new or exciting on this new CODA version? Well don't, they cut out scenes and didn't do anything special. The edited TV version was better. Waste of Money.
