The Marshall - Emberton II BT Portable Speaker - Black & Brass is such a small speaker that emits a massive audio performance which is pleasantly amazing for me. The only control knob has all functionality to enjoy my music using the Marshall - Emberton II BT Portable Speaker - Black & Brass. To pair, I pressed and held the Bluetooth button until the device showed up on my screen and tapped Emberton II. After pairing, I received a pop up advertising the Marshall Bluetooth app which allowed me the ability to fine tune the sound output more the my desired specifications. I have the command of three EQ presets: Marshall for fine tuning, Push for boosted bass and treble, and voice for enhanced midrange to produce clarity of vocals. The Stack mode can also be controlled within the Marshall Bluetooth app. Battery strength is shown underneath the Marshall - Emberton II picture on the homepage. The Marshall - Emberton II is small enough to carry outside and enjoy your music with a big sound. I will be taking my Marshall - Emberton II outside on the regular to enjoy my music.

The Marshall Emberton II BT Portable Speaker is phenomenal. This little speaker packed quite the punch. Once opening the box, I connected the speaker to a charger and let it charge, while it was charging I connected it to my phone, pairing with my phone was super easy to do. I then began to play music on the speaker. I was very surprised at the sound quality that such a little speaker could put out. The speaker has a neat feature in which it can be paired with another speaker of the same kind to make a surround sound style audio experience. The speaker is small, about the size of my hand, which makes it very portable and it's easy to find a place to put it to where you can hear your music no matter where you're at. From setting on a shelf in the bathroom to setting it on the console of your truck it's a phenomenal speaker and I'm very impressed with the loudness as well. I can hear the speak very well throughout a 2000 SQFT plus house. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a bluetooth speaker.

It pains me to give it 3 stars because I love everything about these speakers besides the connectivity issues. The sound is phenomenal and imo way richer than the competitions. The look is stylish and the exterior, even though I bought the cream color and use it outdoors frequently, stays clean and nice looking. The battery life is also pretty good, with a charge lasting a full day or two of use. The reason I docked it 2 stars is because the connectivity issues are infuriating. It drops connection over the smallest things, such as switching apps, and makes it so I have to restart the speaker or it wont connect right (it keeps trying to connect to the speaker but instead just instantly drops the connection and keeps pausing whatever you are watching/listening too). Idk if this is a patch they need to work out or what but it's making me reconsider buying more on the future, despite the upsides.

I wanted a portable, bluetooth speaker that I could use when we travel. I tried the usual brands first; Ultimate Ears, Sony, Bose and Sonos. Each sounded average at best. After I returned the Sonos Roam after a very frustrating music test, I decided to list to the Marshall Emberton II....in the store, this speaker sounded phenomenal! I decided to take it home and put it through the paces...lots of music genres...from classical to hard rap, it performed like a champ every time! I would strongly recommend listening to this speaker before you make your final purchase.

Very nice sound. Connects easily to Bluetooth. It replaces a Bose unit. Sounds better. Battery lasts good while.

I ve always been a Bose personbit i will say I absolutely love the sound clarity and base. Perfectly balanced.

Aside from the sound quality, the battery life of portable speakers has always been a concern. Marshall has solved that problem with their stated 30-hour battery life. I’ve surpassed that and more without having to recharge. It fully charges in 3 hours, and you can get 4 hours of use from a 20-minute charge. Included is a USB-A to USB-C charging cable, but no charging block. The speaker has BT 5.1 technology for a stable connection at maximum distance of 30 feet. There’s a “stack mode” to increase the sound experience if you have 2 speakers. The controls are intuitive with a multi-directional control knob and BT connect button. There are no ports for wired connections, or microphone to be able to use it as a speaker phone or for voice commands. There are 2 10-watt speakers and 2 passive radiators. There are no bass or treble controls, but there are preset equalizers in the app. The company is known for their sustainability efforts, and this unit is made from 50% post-consumer materials and is PVC free.

This tiny speaker rocksThe sound is awesome, and they are stackable which means you can have the same music playing in multiple rooms… well spent money. The range could be a bit better so I took a star but might actually be wifi and not speaker issue.

For such a small speaker it produces a vibrant sound. The unique cream color is also a plus. Top tier for small portables for sure

I got this for my partner who is hard of hearing , he previously had a cheap one so this is definitely a step up . The sound is much more clear
