What a cool retro look. Easy to connect to Bluetooth on iPhone. Great sound. I just love looking at it. Battery life is acceptable but I don’t typically travel with it so can’t really review the life. Range met my needs. Satisfied with purchase!

I picked up this speaker when it was 50% off, and I’m really happy with it. The build is solid, and it’s small enough to take anywhere, making it perfect for both indoor and outdoor use. Setting it up was a breeze. Pairing it with my phone and computer took no time, and the connection has been really reliable. The sound is impressive for its size. The bass is deep but not overpowering, and the highs and mids are nice and clear. It’s great for both home use and small gatherings. Plus, the battery life is fantastic.

The Marshall Emberton II speaker packs a mighty punch. I already have very good speaker in the same price point and didn't expect to be so impressed with this one. The preset options allow for the full sound, heavy vocals, or heavy base. I enjoy the full sound option the most (the speaker comes programed to play full sound right out of the box). I don't really find the app that necessary for one speaker. I imagine that 2 or more speakers would be when I'd add the app, for stacking them together (knowing what I know now). The privacy policy is very difficult to view on the app too. I'm still not sure of what remains private, and this is NOT good. The first song I put on blew me away. I heard subtle new layers in the music that my other speaker did not deliver. It was pretty awesome. I'm going to enjoy using this for my workouts at home (I don't use wireless earbuds anymore due to RF radiation concerns). I will also enjoy this outdoors by the pool. It's not advertised as waterproof, but that's not a big deal. Charges quickly and lasts a long time. There's volume control, plus forward and back arrows to skip to the next song. The back arrow doesn't go past the current song, it only restarts the song. Not all wireless speakers will let you skip songs from the unit, so I appreciate this option. It also comes with a USB charging cord. I'm very pleased with this speaker. Hope to get a second one so I can experience the stacking capabilities.

I bought this for my son's Christmas gift. He loves it. Says the sound is excellent with deep bass and crisp high tones. Connected to his iPhone easily and delivers clean sound at higher volumes. Battery life is exceptional and charges quickly. I'm just happy I picked a good "doesn't matter as long as it's Bluetooth" speaker. The Marshall logo is kinda cool and reminds me of the concert going days. Good purchase!

This portable speaker was a great buy for my workspace. Its small enough to take little space on my desk, but gives clear and loud sound when i need. The battery life holds pretty well for a full day of work.

These speakers truly impress. The sound quality is incredibly rich, clear, and powerful, even from such a compact speaker. It’s honestly hard to believe how much sound comes out of something so small. The battery life is outstanding as well! It lasts a long time without needing a charge. I am blown away by the Marshall Emberton II! This thing is insane. It’s crazy how something so small can get so loud. It seriously fills a room (and more) without breaking a sweat. The sound quality is fantastic, super clear with a nice balance across highs, mids, and bass. The size is another huge win for me. It fits easily in my bag, so I can literally take it anywhere from road trips to just chilling at the park. Plus, the black and brass color scheme looks absolutely premium. It feels solid and stylish at the same time. The app is pretty cool too, with three different sound presets to choose from. I just wish there was an option to customize my own presets but sadly you’re limited to the ones provided. Still, not a deal-breaker at all. Overall, if you’re looking for a portable speaker that punches WAY above its weight, the Emberton II is the one. Highly recommend!

This speaker was super easy to connect to via Bluetooth, has a great sound, classy look and feel, and I still haven’t had to recharge it after several sessions of usage. I feel this speaker is a perfect companion for my photo shoots and helps set a great mood when wanting to jam out and get fired up. I hope I can get another one simply to make use of the pairing functionality!

Great speaker way better than any of my jbl speakers. The sound is really crisp and loud. I used it for my outdoor baby shower and I could hear the music through out my house with the door closed. The volume wasn’t even all the way up. My shower lasted for 6+ hours and had no issues with battery life. Worth every penny I’ll definitely be sticking to this brand.

There's no way you go anywhere without noticing the aesthetic of this speaker if it's playing nearby. That in of itself is probably the biggest draw as the materials are top notch with leather grain pattern on a rubbery surface. The brass looking knob atop the case exudes an attention to design and this speaker has it in spades. I do not think I've ever seen a more arresting small speaker. Overall functionality is good and you can tell the designers wanted to make sure you understood what was happening with the hardware. There's a red column of lights that shows the overall charge when you first turn on the speaker and it also serves to note the volume when you're wanting to change that. Again the choice of coloration and lights serves to make the entire setup look high-end as compared with the normal plastic speakers you commonly see. The included IP67 rating is further evidence of attention to detail and while I personally wouldn't be taking this speaker out on the beach because I'd like to keep it looking pristine, it's obvious that it's more than capable of the jaunt to the pool or such. Sound quality is as you expect in this form factor. The heavy bass will always be lacking but the dual 2 inch drivers do their best to provide the clean auditory punch of lower registers. You won't feel it but you can still hear it fairly well. This speaker doesn't have the oomph to really fill an outdoor space with sound, I'd classify is as a medium room or personal space type speaker although it does appear to have the functionality to pair with a second one to provide stereo sound. The processor definitely keeps things ratcheted down if you try to really crank the volume (probably to prevent distortion which is in keeping with the clean sound signature). Overall love the elegant aesthetic as it is a highly functional and awesome looking speaker.

Liked the first one I purchased so much I had to get another one. Different color this time. Sounds great. Battery life is decent and a good quality Marshall design that looks good sitting on any desk or counter at home or the office.

I use this to watch shows on my laptop. It's great for clearer low level shows. The sound can go up and down dramatically, sometimes during the show. May be more of an app issue than a device issue. I wish it had some way to manage consistent volume. Also, it's not that loud but it's very portable and has a decent battery. I would recommend if you're looking for the portability, durability and decent sound to replace PC speakers, then this is great.

The major improvement which is much better than my old one that looked identical: a microphone. It seems natural to want to use this to make calls as well since it’s typically connected to your phone. And my mom confirmed the sound quality of the call was great on her end.

The Emberton 2 by Marshall has been my daily driver portable speaker for over 2 years at this point. I've loved it so much, buying one now at reduced price because of the Emberton 3 is a No-Brainer. By far the best sound quality and noise level out of a speaker this size on the market. It seriously rivals my desktop speakers and is a decent substitute for a car stero in a pinch.
