      I am very sorry to hear about your speaker. Although the Emberton does have quite a robust build quality and ipX water resistance. It may not be suitable for certain job sites. That being said, if this is an internal issues, I would recommend reaching out to Best Buy or the manufacturer for warranty support. Again, sincere apologies for the issue with the speaker.
