It took 4 weeks. I thought I ordered it in plenty of time for Christmas but was very dissatisfied with delivery!! I did end up getting it at 5 pm on Christmas Eve. Need faster delivery!! The purchase date was 11/27/2020. The date on this review is wrong.

The packaging of how Best Buy shipped it??? GARBAGE!!! They put this along with another item I purchased in a BAG...not a box. A BAG. Box of the item was scuffed and dented in. They have the crappiest way of sending high priced items and this is not the first time at all. I’ve had 500 dollar items in a bag or in original box torn up and opened.

Battery stopped charging within 1 month

Same problem I had with the first speaker. I will say the sound is good for being small but they need to fix this battery charging issue and the charging port because it’s poor quality. I have a larger Marshall speaker thats great! Love the company and their products, but please fix this issue. I’m not the only person who has had this same issue with charging the speaker and its charging port. If they fix this, then I’d give it 5 stars for the look and sound quality.
