If you are looking to listen to music casually this could be a good fit. The speaker emphasizes the mid range but suffers in the low and high frequencies. The speaker puts out a lot of sound for it’s size but there is very little if any left and right separation. Because the only input is Bluetooth it’s difficult to zero in on a good listening volume. It’s either too high or too low.

It’s a Marshall like what more can I say it sells itself. Perfect balance

I thought it was just an open box but I guess there was an internal damaged when it was displayed. Keep on making static and strange noise when playing loud music. Please inspect before you buy the "Open Box" product by paying less. You will lose money instead..

I bought this speaker as a gift for my dad last Christmas. He is a true music lover and listens to it almost daily. It's worked perfect for 11 months but now as we near the end of the manufacturer's warranty time frame, it sounds like crap. Expected it to last longer than a year even if the user is using it every day. Kicking myself now for not purchasing the Geek Squad accident protection plan.

Had this unboxed, connected to my BT and playing music within minutes. It had about half a charge on it out of the box. Just hold down the primary multi-function button on the top of a second or two to turn it on. Classic Marshall design and a nice touch where it plays a guitar riff when you turn it on and off. Feels light weight and durable at the same time. It carries an IPX7 waterproof rating, which means it can be submerged in up to 3ft of water for 30 minutes. Essentially this means it's dust proof and if you drop it in the water it'll be fine. Great for taking to the beach without worrying about sand getting in. In terms of sound, I'm docking it one star because it doesn't have the same sound quality as others in this price point. Bass is lacking a bit, but don't get me wrong, this thing can get loud. It's impressive for a waterproof design, it's just not the best I've heard. I did notice an improvement if you can put it with the back towards a solid surface, about 3-5" away. Because of the multi-directional way this speaker puts out music, giving it something to bounce off of gives it an even deeper sound quality. Overall, this is a solid BT speaker at this price point. The sound is very good, not the best, but very good, especially for having the waterproof/dustproof qualities. Also, the design is way better looking than most of the other waterproof BT speakers out there. This thing just looks cool and sounds good. It's easy to setup and use, has great battery life and includes a USB charging cable. I would recommend to anyone looking for a lightweight, durable speaker that looks great and can produce loud, good quality sound.
