Battery does not recharge after less than 30 days

Best Buy will not honor the warranty because I did not purchase an extended warranty so I have contacted Marshall directly in hopes that they will honor the exchange of a faulty unit.

I'm happy with it in person. While the sound is really good, it isn't the loudest or most bass-forward but it's the best performer for spoken-word (podcasts, audiobooks) and guitar-heavy rock. Two reasons I wanted a Marshall are the addition of separate bass and treble controls and the cute toggle switch. I don't know if I'd go for this at list price, but on sale it's a fantastic choice.
