Missing items selling as "excellent" open box

Posted .Hi Jessica, thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that the Major IV are a bit tight for you: you can release the clamping pressure by stretching the headband out a bit. Sit them on a basketball overnight or carefully use your hands to stretch out the headband, but make sure to not have your hands on the hinges. Posted .Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you are having some issues with the clamping pressure. The headphones are designed with most ear shapes and sizes in mind. One solution might be stretch the headband over a sports ball for a moderate amount of time to reduce the inward pressure to alleviate ear pain and pressure points.

Posted .Hello, sorry that you are finding the headphones to be too tight. It is possible to relieve the clamping pressure by stretching the headband: place your hands at either end of the headband (NOT on the hinges or on the ear pieces) and stretch your hands away from each other, gently stretching the headband. It may be necessary to repeat this process multiple times until you find the perfect fit for you.
Please note, stretch at your own risk: any damage that occurs in this process is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not covered by the warranty.
