If I move rooms and don’t bring my phone with me the connection is spotty.

Posted .Hello Meow, thank you for your review. It is possible to stretch the headband a bit so that the clamping pressure is released. With your hands on the headband, stretch the headband 'outwards' bit by bit until you find the perfect fit. Do this carefully, you don't want to break the hinges. Hope you find a comfortable fit.
