Does not Connect Easily

I have several of the marshall speakers and I will not order again. I find that I don't use most of the time because I cannot get it to connect. It doesn't help they don't provide manuals anymore either. As much as we pay for them, it would be nice to have a manual. I don't believe it is anything I am doing wrong since I have 3 of them. Find it frustrating and will not buy anymore as much I love the brand and the sound quality. If you can't get the Bluetooth to connect, why have it. Very disappointed.

To connect without the app: set the source button to Bluetooth, hold in the button until the Bluetooth light starts to flash and then look for the speaker to appear in your device's list of available Bluetooth devices. The manual can be found online in Marshall Headphones' Help Centre, https://support.marshallheadphones.com/hc/en-us

Doesn't last
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought mine a couple of years ago and it stopped working literally on day 366. Nice sound but inconsistant bluetooth hookup and would lose signal. Pretty bulky for a counter top too.

I still have it in a storage if any technician from the company don't believe me.

Started to have issues at end of warranty period

Issues with streaming quality, cuts sound like it is buffering. Connection issues via Bluetooth, speaker connects then appears to re-reconnect but with volume on full. Now I have an expensive speaker that doesn't get used.
