Bad speaker
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bad experience, not used much over the period of two years. Fisrt, the base sound will go off and on. Then it wouldn’t charge or it would change randomly. after that the lights on the top started blinking like crazy while playing music. Now it does not work at all. I would not recommend this speaker brand. Contacted Marshal for assistance and there is nothing they can do for me they said. Unhappy customer.

Great Sound Quality BUT...

However, the product remembers up to six devices previously paired with it. At first glance, this may seem like a great feature, but be ye not deceived. When hosting guests who've previously paired with the Tufton, you will experience interference until the others disable their Bluetooth, as Tufton apparently doesn't care that the current device connected should be priority and jumps from one device to another. I reached out to Marshall and unfortunately the only solution is to reset the device. The other issue is there is no code or any option to prevent that one moron at the gathering to connect without authorization and play his fav top 40 music, which leads to the same interference issue as described above, until you are forced to 86 the Eagles fan from the gathering. This aggression will not stand, man.

Posted .Hi Scott, thanks for your feedback. The Tufton can only be paired with once it is in pairing mode. This means if you do a factory reset to remove the previously paired devices, you can then pair to the speaker yourself and not allow anyone else to connect to the speaker.
