This is my first even Marshall audio equipment I ever got. This is one big heavy loud speaker. It has retro sturdy look with amp like design, nothing unattractive. It has two tweeters and two subwoofers built into this speaker. You can connect and play music via Bluetooth or an Aux or using an RCA cable. There is a source button that lets you change the connection. It also has Bass and Treble analog control knobs that let you fine tune your music. There is no wireless connectivity or smart speaker functionality on this speaker, so don't expect any Alexa or Google Assistant options. But there is Marshall Bluetooth app that you can use to customize and control the music. The sound is crisp and amazing, you could feel the bass from the speaker. Connecting to my phone was a breeze. It can connect to two Bluetooth devices and switch between them instantly. One thing it is missing is an optical port if you want to connect to your TV directly. Also, this is no portable speaker that you can take to beach, park or camping, etc. Overall, a great home speaker with impressive sound and I would recommend buying it if you can afford the price.

Marshall has issues on the bluetooth conectivity ... its bad!!!! amazing sound but it'll stress you out the bad reception when our are listening anything ,,,, Bluetooth Issues!!! Be aware

I loved this speaker right out of the box, it's a little heavier than you would think by looking at it. As soon as I pulled it out of the box and began the setup I was very impressed with the quality of the speaker. The gold trim, knobs and lettering against the beautiful black textured material looked great. it looks like a very pricey elegant retro speaker. The connection of the cell phone thru the app was pretty painless. It offers minimal control over the speaker lights, equalizer and sound. NOW, lets get to the sounds...AMAZING! I genuinely felt the bass when the sounds were pumped at loud levels without much distortion until you get to approx. 95% of the max. The sound/bass fills the room and definitely will do an amazing job in any backyard party. The mids were also very pronounced and not lost amongst the bass. The high range frequency were the most subtle but it still provided very clear and crisp sound. The only downside is that I wish the speaker had handles or some type of grips designed into the unit. It is heavy enough that they would have been a welcome addition and very functional. Overall the speaker did an amazing job and it looks and sounds worth every bit of that hefty price tag. The price tag doesn't seem like a deal breaker to me but you definitely need to be on e of those people that likes the flashy design, wants a conversations piece and loves to treat himself with an indulgent speaker. I would have given it 5 stars if it had handles built in at that price tag.

This is one impressive speaker. It has a solid, heavy, high quality feel and looks very classy. Love the tactile feel of the knobs and switches and love how Marshall kept the old school analog feel while keeping the tech up to date. The sound quality is top notch and this thing can fill a very large room with as much volume as you could want. This single unit supplies super solid base , stong mids and clean, crisp highs. The Marshall app is pretty simple but allows you to change the intensity of the volume indicator lights, adjust the equalizer (more than just the base and treble knobs), and turn on or off the power on/off and connected/disconnected sounds.( I love the on/off riff!) I love my Klipsch gear but this Marshall has really endeared itself to me!!

Sound was awesome as expected! But when more than one person is link to the Bluetooth is sounds like a skipping record. Very disappointing considering the price. Overall nice craftsmanship and sound but Bluetooth still needs a little Tweaking
