Very Disappointing
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When I found this item on the site I was quite excited because I was purchasing this as a gift for my nephew. He wanted the build a figure series which means you need to have the entire set. That being said I ordered the figures at different times just to make sure it was what he would want and received duplicates After that, I noticed that there is a disclaimer that says styles may very, therefore I ordered three at one time thinking I would get different figures since they would be packaged together. However they sent three of the same figure in the same package!! Not only was this ridiculous but this makes no sense and it’s useless for him to collect his set. The problem is now I have to return the figures and I also paid shipping for them. I have tried contacting someone and received no response. I am quite disappointed because I have always felt I received good service and quality merchandise. Unfortunately now I feel like I am receiving overstocked junk that they are trying to get rid of. I would love to have the opportunity to purchase the figures I need however the website is very limited on options to make comments/ requests and when I emailed I received no response. I even asked an employee when I returned the first duplicate i received, if there was anyway I could solve the issue and he gave me the answer of I don’t think so and walked away. unfortunately I had already ordered the others. I attached a photo of the four duplicates they sent !!
