Absolutely love this show, but the Blu-ray release was a huge disappointment. It only contains the show, no special features at all, and even the show doesn't look as good as most BDs.

It was interesting how the character was becoming the Daredevil. Crazy how injured he got along the way.

They should have included a digital copy with purchase.

Eagerly anticipated Daredevil coming out on DVD/Blu-ray, since I don't have Netflix. Would not work in my Best Buy- bought Blu-ray player or my Xbox One player! Guy in the store told me I needed to update my Xbox! What about my Best Buy Blu-ray?? Would not give me my money back- only in-store credit. Saw online later that there were a ton of the Blu-rays that would only work in European players. Not a happy Best Buy customer!

VAM in the retail industry stands for Value Added Material. Consumers call these Special Features. Sometimes, even the most extraordinarily well crafted and received show or movie needs a little support to increase its marketability. Having watched Daredevil, a remarkable series, well produced and acted, several times on Netflix, I've eagerly looked forward to the blu-ray release. The promise of the blu-ray format has always been the added storage/recording space for "Special Features," yet there are still companies which ignore this with thinking more suited to the days of the VCR. This is one such release. Since its announcement and subsequent appearance on store shelves, I have watched for the announcement of the NEXT release which will hold the behind the scenes (BTS) materials-- making-of, deleted scenes, interviews with the cast and writers/producers/directors for insight into the seeds of its inception, as well as where the series is headed. I am loving the new MARVEL BLOCK that is slowly materializing on Netflix (with Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, Punisher, Iron Fist, and what ever other surprises we may look forward to), but I am NOT, not, not, loving the way they are treating their home releases. Daredevil is a quality series top to bottom, with acting and writing of genuine substance. Come for the action, adventure, and colorful characters, stay for the love of the material, but hold onto your wallets until they show the fans a little respect and release a blu-ray set worthy of the word SUPER (hero).

I'm so down with the marvel universe and daredevil is amazing! This show will have you at the end of your seat wanting more! I didn't buy the DVD because its cheaper just to stream on Netflix. If you are into buying actual physical copies though, I highly would recommend you buy this show!

This series was fantastic and is worth just to own for reasons that don't need to be stated.

one heck of a series....need the others now..........martial arts are fantastic.....

I'm not sure if this is better than the Marvel movies! Awesome series!
