Some because it doesn't 1000% Line Exactly up with the Mythos from the Comics, others because they had a character initially written as a Stereotypical Old Asian Male be played by a Middle Aged British White Woman, and I'm sure another cavalcade of superficial reasons. However if you ignore all the gossip and criticism this is actually an enjoyable film. Clearly meant to be another chapter in the MCU story arc you have to be emotionally committed to the series to get the most bang for your buck. I'm sure you probably could watch this by itself without seeing all the Previous Iron Man or Avengers movies, but you are really just wasting your time cherry picking chapters from what is meant to be a Novel. Other than than that there is no reason why I can't see why anyone wouldn't enjoy the adventures of "Mister Doctor".
