Sound effects interesting, plot so so. clear picture, digital copy

Love the movie and the steel case. 4k looks and sounds awesome.

This movie was excellent. Marvel finally decided to go the magic route and Dr. Strange delivers. Excellent CGI coupled with wonderful puns and jokes that add an air of lightness to the movie. The best part of this movie? It stands alone. Since the original Avengers, all the Marvel movies, besides Guardians of the Galaxy, have all tied into a similar plot and you need to watch those movies in order. Dr. Strange, however, does not yet relate to those movies and so you are not missing anything if you haven't seen the more recent Marvel movies.

Doctor Strange is a different Marvel hero than were use too.

I honestly wasn’t too thrilled to see this movie. It didn’t have any of the big hitters from the Marvel Universe In it. But I wanted to know the whole story so I took the dive and decided to see it. I’m really glad I did. It kept my attention, and was interesting. Now that I know more about him and how he came about, it really helped me understand Avengers Infinity War. I liked this movie a lot more then I thought I would. If the Marvel Universe is your thing you need to see this movie! It is worth your time.

Great visuals and great effects that will leave you stunned

Enjoyable movie considering I'm not to familiar with dr. Strange

Great movie. I am willing to watch this one multiple times.

This movie manages to combine action and humor in a way rarely seen. Blending the idea of magic into the Marvel world without coming off as hokey or forced, Dr Strange manages it amazingly well. I personally appreciate the way in which they successfully tell Dr. Strange's back story in a matter of a few minutes, rather than dragging it out for too long. They get to the point of who he is, why he is and what he is, then BAM there you are in the midst of the magic and action. Great flick, leaves you feeling good, not shell shocked.

Another great addition to the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Great for anyone who wants the movie in DVD + BR + Digital (a combination which is proving more difficult to find among movies these days). As always, a great bonus that the Best Buy Steel Case is beautiful as well. The movie itself is quite simply gorgeous. Not since Avatar hit theaters in 3D has there been something so pretty on the screen. Not only is it good looking, but the plot, array of acting, and tones set in the story are great. Enjoyable for the whole family.

Marvel has a formula that seems to work well with its films and I believe Doctor Strange is no different. Very engaging and entertaining, I find the film never takes itself too seriously despite the deeper nature of the characters. Doctor Strange has the right amount of humor, action, drama, twists, with a light splash of romance to captivate most audiences. I never really followed or collected Doc Strange via comics/books, but I found it to be a great way to introduce this character to the splendor that is the Marvel Universe.

I'll admit I'm kind of a junkie for Marvel movies and especially the steelbook offerings that Best Buy offers, but this was a particularly pleasant experience. I pre-ordered the product online and it was shipped to me day-of release, and I didn't have to go to the store and hope they had one left in stock. On top of that, the movie is quite good, really showcasing the psychedelic and mind-bending world that I know and love from the comics. Bonus features are average, but the gag reel is hilarious. Very satisfied with my purchase.

So this is another super hero origin story, but this is a fun story that is easy to watch more than once. Good cast and interesting visuals. It does feel like most other Marvel movies, which I guess it should. I knew nothing about Doctor Strange going in to the movie, so I can't say how true it stays to the comic books, but I imagine I fit with most people that watch superhero movies, in that we aren't too familiar with many of the characters beyond the big names like Batman, Superman, Hulk, etc but find the movies entertaining.

I was unsure whether they would be able to pull off Dr. strange but once I saw that Benedict Cumberbatch was involved who, by the way was a perfect choice by the fact that he lines up with Ditko's original artwork for the character, I was more enthusiastic. The storyline had humorous moments and flowed well. The effects were wonderful and even gave me a throwback moment to the early comic books by the way a few of the dimensions were portrayed. This movie is truly one of the best of the Marvel offerings and worth the watch.

Great action movie. After watching every single MCU film so far Doctor strange is top on my origin stories. Strange's character change from a selfish jerk to superhero is captivating and made gene better as Cumberbatch perfectly encaptures the character from the comics. The only part I say would be lacking would be the villain. While Mass mikkeslen plays the character well, we barely get any backstory or motivations about his character as a whole. The visuals and action set pieces are the best I've seen in the MCU as of now.

Good quality and also another good movie for the family to watch

Excellent movie! While I wondered at the choice of Benedict Cumberbatch in the lead role, he did an excellent job of playing the part. I also liked that the gender of the Ancient One was changed. The androgynous feel of Tilda Swinson's portrayal of the character fit well with the story as did the remake of Wong's role. I think the writers did an excellent job of bringing the story into the 21st century. The 3D version was also done well and made the movie even more fun. I very much enjoyed it and look forward to a sequel.

I love the steel book releases and this one lives up to the standards and more, the case is awesome. Best value too since it is the 3D and Blu-ray release, I wish all releases did 3D with Blu-ray, would love it if they stop putting the Blu-ray with DVD altogether. The movie was ok as an intro to the characters, but is the standard fail of guy comes in knowing nothing and soon outdoes the master and wins against the baddest dude ever. Would have loved more from the movie but it was ok and maybe the next will build on it.

I am a huge fan of the Best Buy Steelbook editions, and the Dr. Strange edition does not disappoint. The steelbook has book like appearance and features the Eye of Agamotto on the front. As with other Marvel blu-rays, excellent video quality and nice special features. Highly Recommended. This was the first blu-ray I have pre-purchased from Best Buy. I was very impressed that the movie arrived a day before official street date. Other sites don't ship until street date. I will continue to pre-order from Best Buy.

I liked the movie. Had to own for my mcu movie collection.
