Terrific movie in 4K.. I have the Blu-ray version too. The 4K version is so much better. The video is much brighter and the colors are also better. The HDR brings out a better overall experience.

I am a big fan of Benedict Cumberbatch, so when it was announced that he would be playing this role, I got excited. Now, I barely knew anything about Doctor Strange from the comics. He was never someone I was interested in, but these days, the Marvel movies are all pretty good, so I was definitely going to see this. Cumberbatch's Stephen Strange is a total jerk to start this movie out. It was different to see the Batch in that type of role. I ended up really enjoying this movie

I am a fan of Marvel movies and have read the comics as a child. Dr. Strange is the latest hero to be cast on film and the movie, in my opinion was excellent and opened the door to future appearances. The quality of the DVD/Blu Ray picture and sound is excellent. Well worth the price.

Dr. Strange is a great movie that continues the expansion of the Mavel Universe characters. The story is obviously set in more modern times like all the MCU movies which helps vs using the older settings from the comics. All the acting is very strong with a stellar story to push them.

Doctor Strange is a lesser known character in the Marvel universe so I did not expect this movie to be as good as it was. I thoroughly enjoyed it, just as much as many of the other Marvel movies out there. The Blu-ray has some nice extra features and I am very pleased with this purchase.

Dr Strange is not one of Marvel;s A list so a major film starring him shows continuing commitment to their vast catalog of characters. Once more they hit it out of the park as they bring diverse elements together to create an intelligent and highly entertaining film. Highly recommended.

The whole family really enjoyed this movie and the good thing is that I had my son to explain certain things about Marvel movies to understand it. Actually I think you will be able to see the origin of Dr. Strange who will be in many more Marvel movies in the future.

I didn't know what to expect. I'm not too familiar with the Dr. Strange universe, but I bought it anyway because Marvel Studios has done a great job lately. It is a little slow at first, but pickups quickly after the first 30 minutes. Great action sequences and amazing special effects.

Review of movie; really well done, really different concept added into the MCU but enjoyed the acting, plot, and action. Was curious to see how they would adapt the comic to the big screen and another well done job by Marvel. This steelbook edition is a nice premium w/ the Eye on front.

Much better than I was expecting. The wit and humor was great, as were the special effects. Bought & watched it on my last days off, enjoyed it enough to want to watch the 3D version on my next days off. The post-credits scene raises great possibilities for the future of this franchise.

The Marvel Universe was getting a little bit repetitive as of late, until that is, Doctor Strange came along. Now, we have a main character that would rather think than fight. That's not to say that he doesn't fight as well. Great movie with a good all around cast. Awesome special FX and a good story round out this movie. The steelbook edition is a great piece to add to your collection and the Blu-Ray has a ton of added features to make for many hours of viewing pleasure.

Wow, what a great movie!! Visually stunning, great cast and even better in 3D. Some of the surreal scenes in this movie lend themselves directly to the 3D format and this is by far the best way to enjoy this movie. Not the typical super hero movie, I highly recommend this to everyone.

Doctor Strange is the latest entry in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and lives up to all the hype. Visuals are spectacular along with top notch production values. If I have a caveat would be the story crams in a lot between an origin story and the actual fate of the world story line.

The movie was so much fun. Best Buy had several copies in stock. I gave it to a friend for their birthday. They really liked it. Best Buy always has great deals which make shopping a lot easier. The store has excellent customer service, which make shopping a pleasure every time I go!

This DVD will be a great addition to anyone's home library. It comes with a Blu-Ray copy, a Standard Widescreen copy and a Digital Copy of the movie. You'll have your choice of where and when to watch Doctor Strange anytime you'd like without the hassle of future charges and due dates.

Marvel once again works it magic with a great movie adapting one of their lesser known comic book heroes. Dr. Strange has memorable characters, thrilling set-pieces and stunning visual effects. This movie can also be used as a great modern introduction to the marvel cinematic universe.

This was a fabulously done Marvel film. It took elements from the original comics that my dad had grown up with, blended it with the more current elements of today's comics and with the love and humor that goes into the Marvel Cinematic Universe, made this one to add to the collection!

The action and effects in this movie were fantastic and looked great in 3D. With some 3D movies there tends to be a lot of aliasing (looks like a glow around characters or things) but this version had very little aliasing. The story was excellent and a lot of fun. Definitely recommend.

I have been a fan of Dr Strange since I was a kid and I must say that I think this is one of the best movies that I have seen in a while. I enjoyed it so much that I have watched it several times. I hope to see followup movies about Dr Strange. the graphics in the film were great too.

If you're invested in the Marvel cinematic universe, you know what you're getting into. It's basically Iron Man with magic, which is by no means a bad thing. However, it is kinda "samey". That said, it's samey done REALLY well. Gorgeous visuals, top notch directing and casting, and some genuine humor. However, like most all other Marvel movies, the villains are weak and ultimately forgettable. Oh well, we all know we're just world building and leading up to Infinity War.
