In the universe of super heroes, Dr. Strange always stands out. The movie is a well done adaptation even though it borrows heavily from inception for visual effects, and one wishes there were more of a unique look to the movie. Nevertheless, I loved the movie.

This movie holds a special place in my heart. I watched it in theaters twice (well tried to, I was too high and fell asleep each time.) but I finally saw it on Netflix this year and I loved the action and the effects. Also, the endless loop is hilarious.

This is not a review of the movie, but of the actual quality of the Blu Ray. This picture is excellent as expected. The sound delivers 7.1 Surround Sound in amazing quality. The special features are mediocre, with nothing too impressive but not lacking either.

I bought this movie on preorder before ever watching it because I had heard and read good reviews. Plus I'm a fan of the Marvel movies. I have to say this is my favorite one so far. It is quite different, very imaginative and just intriguing. Highly recommend!

this is one fantastic movie, and the 3D shines, just spectacular. I have a Sony 65 inch 930D which has 3D and it is great. Benedict Cumberbatch is the perfect Dr Strange and love Tilda Swinton as well, continue watching after both sets of credits for more info

Great way to introduce audiences to a new Marvel character that many might not have know about. The casting is on point and the dialogue is clever at nd sharp. The quality of the transfer really benefits the special effects. Another great Marvel origins movie.

This was Marvel's first proper magical hero and this was a delight. I had the pleasure of seeing this movie in 3D and let me just say this is a movie that one really needs to see in 3D!! Everyone was cast very well and I hope we see more magic in MCU.

A movie I expected to be the same Marvel theme of comedic yet kind of serious intro movie for Doctor Strange. It ended up being a more serious movie that was a great watch. I will definitely watch this movie again to catch everything I missed the first watch.

I read this comic as a kid (1975-85) and never liked it much because at the time it was to "Dungeons & Dragons" sci-fi fantasy stuff. This movie was entertaining without being corny and held true to it's comic book roots. Some great CGI work in this movies.

very well done. thought i would be bothered by the sorcerer supreme being changed to a female since its always been a male but it turned out just fine. steelbook quality is very good with good artwork. first movie ive been able to sit through in a long time.

Solid comic book movie. Not as good as the Captain America series but certainly beats hulk and that iron man 2 fiasco. Could of used a little more humor but have to say Rachel McAdams real stole the show in this one. She was great. Product comes with digital code and blue ray for those times you are offline. Not a go to rewatch marvel movie but for those times you want to watch something different it is in that Thor 2 tier of movies.

If you like other Marvel movies, you will definitely enjoy Doctor Strange. It is an origin story and pretty independent of the other MCU, but the humor is great, the effects are trippy and fantastic, and Cumberbatch is the perfect Strange.

We just loved Dr. Strange and watching it at home in 3D was the best way to view it. Love the 3D effects and could not imagine seeing it in 2D. Amazing story and a great add to the Marvel Universe. Note - watch until after the end credits for a special bonus.

I got the movie in the ten book, the movie was an excellent movie enjoyed it a lot. There are several changes in twist to it I recommend it to my friends and anybody would like to watch it. This is a sci-fi movie if you're looking a factual movie it's not it.

The detail and design of this steelbook is great! The print and design are pretty high quality and it's one of my favorite Best Buy exclusive steelbooks next to the Guardians of the Galaxy one. It's definitely pricey, so I'd recommend it more for collectors.

I really enjoyed this movie! I purchased it to see what type of character Mads Mileklson was playing. I was blown away to see Tilda Swenson & Chiwetel Ejiofor & many "a" list actors, including Benedict Cumberbatch. I can't wait for Strange2.

This was a great base for where this line can and hopefully go. The special effects were amazing, the casting is perfect, it was put together in a great film. Packaging was the basic Blu-Ray- DVD- Digital package so not much to talk about there but the steelbook looked good just wasn't up to spend the extra coinage on it. The price for the basic edition was average with other retailers so the "Rewards Points" was the tie-breaker.

this is another great feature done by Marvel.....they really started a whole new phase with this one...........looking forward to a sequel for sure. Cumberbach again....proves he can do anything and good....... Definitely pick this one up even for gifts!!
